An honest review from a repeated Rixos guest who stays at Rixos resorts at least three times a year.
The good:
Unfortunately, this is where the positive aspects end.
⭐ The beach is terrible, and I am not referring to the beach itself, but mainly to the sun loungers. I have never seen such dirty sun loungers anywhere else, along with such a lack of care from the lifeguards. They would simply sit around and do nothing. The beach was not properly cleaned, and they were not even paying proper attention to what was happening around them. ⭐ The towels are extremely dirty, and I had the feeling that they were not properly washed, but simply dried and given to the next guest after being used the previous day. ⭐ The restaurants are undersized for the number of guests, so you constantly get frustrated because it is difficult to find a free table. ⭐ Hygiene is definitely not one of the strengths of this resort. ⭐ The staff seem poorly trained. Honestly, I think you could receive more respect as a guest even at Parrotel. The bartenders often look unhappy, they rarely greet you, and sometimes you get the feeling that you are asking for a favour rather than being treated as a paying guest.
At the moment, I cannot recommend this resort. Maybe in the future they will fix these issues and improve the overall level of service.

Amazing Stay at Rixos Radamis!
We stayed at Rixos Radamis in a Deluxe Room in the Beach Side, and our experience was nothing but positive. The hotel truly lives up to the Rixos standard. You can feel the attention to detail in absolutely everything.
Our room was fantastic: a modern Smart Room where almost everything could be controlled via touch panels, including the lighting and curtains. It was very convenient, high-tech, and at the same time extremely comfortable. A special mention has to go to the bed - it was incredibly comfortable and genuinely felt as if it had been designed with the science of sleep in mind. We slept perfectly every night.
The hotel grounds are enormous, very beautiful, and exceptionally well maintained. Despite the size of the resort, everything is thoughtfully and conveniently organized: swimming pools, the beach, restaurants, bars, sports facilities, and relaxation areas. The infrastructure is designed in such a way that you are constantly discovering something new, yet it never feels chaotic or confusing.
A huge compliment also goes to the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The level of cleanliness was excellent - in the rooms, restaurants, and throughout the entire resort.
The food and drinks deserve a special mention. The choice is enormous and incredibly varied, so even during a longer stay it never becomes repetitive. There are numerous restaurants and bars, different cuisines, and a huge selection of dishes and drinks. Every day can feel like a completely different culinary experience.
We would especially like to thank Emad, the restaurant manager. He was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He was always willing to help, resolve any issue, and do everything possible to make the guests’ stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This kind of attitude really stays with you!
A huge thank you to the trainers at the Exclusive Sports Club - Natalia, Inna, and Igor. They are incredibly energetic, positive, and professional. Thanks to them, working out on vacation never felt like hard work - it was genuinely enjoyable. We would also especially like to mention Adam. He is not a trainer, but he did a fantastic job organizing people during the workouts, creating a great atmosphere, and filming some really cool videos during the sessions. We now have some wonderful memories from our vacation!
A huge hello and thank you as well to Ira, Kira, and the entire Entertainment Team! These guys are simply amazing! They are fun, energetic, friendly, and know exactly how to get people involved and create a great atmosphere without ever being pushy. Thanks to them, the evening shows, activities, and parties were truly memorable. In fact, the whole entertainment team is fantastic - they are great people and a pleasure to spend time with.
We would also like to highlight the incredible variety of sports and entertainment. There are workouts and activities taking place throughout the day, while the evenings offer high-quality shows, music, and parties. If you want to stay active and entertained, it is practically impossible to get bored here.
Rixos Radamis left us with the impression of a truly well-designed resort where you can enjoy a relaxing beach holiday, sports, excellent food, and a vibrant evening entertainment program all in one place.

I liked Rixos Radamis because it is a large, beautifully landscaped resort with plenty of greenery and areas for walking. The show featuring fireworks, gondolas, and costumed performers was my favorite! We stayed in an Executive Suite with a fantastic view; the rooms were beautifully and elegantly appointed, though the only downside was that the music could be heard quite loudly in the room at night. However, I didn't like the crowding at the main restaurant, Saphire; we always had to wait for a table to open up, and once seated, we practically had to beg the waiters for glasses and cutlery. If we asked for water or other drinks, they would forget to bring them, focusing instead on serving the Russian guests, who made up the majority of the clientele. We eventually got used to it and started getting our own drinks from the bar. In this regard, it felt more like a 3-star hotel; I have never encountered such a lack of organization and engagement. Another weak point was the beach sunbeds—they were terrible. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. I want to thank Omar Sky, a highly skilled and cheerful photographer who ensured we had wonderful vacation memories. He is a gentle person who showed great patience with us and our little girl, and he knows how to capture the most beautiful details; I highly recommend him.
