I'd like to give a big thank to regency plaza aqua park hotel management and staff and all the animation group that made this holiday so special to us we love you guys.
Mr Ramadan was helpful in ensuring our every comfort, and responded promptly to our queries. Mahmoud made sure our rooms were tidy and clean and was polite and courteous at all times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable filled with character. The beach was close by and a variety of pools and restaurants were available around the site. The private pool outside our accommodation was convenient and very restful. Opportunities for trips outside the resort, kite surfing lessons and spa treatments were easily available and due to it being low season it was not too busy. As a last minute booking we are very happy with our holiday. Just to advise the Airport at Sharm el Sheikh does not do electronic check in or boarding passes so ensure you have printed these off at home if possible.
Loved the layout, room, pool, beach and restaurant with lots of choices. Thanks to Mr Ramadan who ensured we had everything and to Mahmoud our room cleaner who kept our room beautifully clean.
