Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort

Honest review for this hotel.

Location - Excellent, 10/15 minutes from airport. Amenities right outside the gates, however avoid the shop across the road which says asda market, they will absolutely rip you off. Easy enough to get to other areas using the in drive app.

Rooms - We upgraded on arrival to the family room. It was super spacious with twin beds in the second bedroom. It was modern and perfect for what we needed. The cleaners are amazing. They did a fab job and the daily towel art was something else!

Facilities - everything you need. Massive and multiple pools, great water slides, spa with excellent packages, mani and pedicures available even a salon on site. Small shop for essentials and a perfume shop which sells amazing perfumes and oils. Shout out to Sultan who sorted us out! Theres and outside gym whixh is sheltered and has quite modern equipment. Lots of sunbeds for guests. Cash withdrawal and exchange facilities in the main lobby. Plenty bars around the complex.

Food - good breakfast selection, amazing amount of pastries! Something for everyone. Lunch, beach bar did burgers, fries, pasta and salad daily, restaurant usual all inclusive items....same for Evening meal. Outside grill area which frilled fresh chicken/meat/fish at lunch and evenings. Yes the food is a bit repetitive, but I think you get this at all, all inclusive resorts. There was always something to eat, even the kids didn't go hungry.

Service - remember this is a tipping culture country. Tip well and you will absolutely be looked after. Our service was second to none by the bar staff and pool staff. Badawy, Abdul, Ishmal, Bakr (to name a few) were absolute legends and made our holiday. The staff work so hard, for hours on end, they are absolutely top blokes and deserve a pay rise!

Evening entertainment - ive definitely seen worse! Some nights were better than others, the white party was really good, banging tunes! Fab DJ. Mini disco at 8.30 for kids each day. Beach parties, foam parties, pink parties in tbe pool, something each day.

Overall - yes it could do with a lick of paint here and there and needs some TLC in some areas, but Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel as long as you are not super fussy or have exceptionally high standards. We would definitely return again.

I had an amazing stay at Sea Beach Edge in Sharm El Sheikh. The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The sea is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and an incredible coral reef full of colorful fish, making it a fantastic place for snorkeling. The resort has a fun and lively atmosphere. The entertainment team does a great job organizing activities throughout the day, including sports, games, music, and evening shows. There is always something to do, and everyone can have a great time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are well maintained. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or enjoy an active holiday, this resort is an excellent choice. I highly recommend Sea Beach Edge to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. It offers a perfect combination of a beautiful beach, an amazing sea, and lots of fun. I would definitely love to come back!

Starting with our arrival at the hotel, the reception desk offered zero information about the hotel (where, what, how), nor did we begin a normal conversation (we arrived at night, so there was no one in line). We were given only a piece of paper to sign and a card with minimal information, but the receptionist wasn't very communicative. We were hungry, so we went to the beach for something to eat (of course, we had to ask about it ourselves). We were assigned a room with leaking air conditioning. Just as I was about to go to bed, I went to the restroom and noticed a lot of water on the floor, so by 2 a.m., after unpacking, we had to move. Our English was practically nonexistent, and it was difficult to communicate with anyone at the resort. As for the waiters and bartenders, they were a complete disaster when it came to what they poured and how they served it. The drinks were watery and made haphazardly, definitely not how they should be. The food was good, everyone could find something to enjoy, and the cleaning service was top-notch. I have absolutely no complaints. The entertainment and attractions were excellent, but English was limited; most of them were in Russian. The water park was large and had lifeguards monitoring every single one, but there were also some who slept, and many staff were on their phones. There are actually two kids' clubs, but you only have access to one because the other is for guests with a different wristband, as well as a separate reception and bar. We also encountered an unpleasant situation where I was asked to leave by a member of staff for eating somewhere I shouldn't have, or at least I took it that way because he spoke to me in a different language (no sign or information, the restaurant was completely full after walking around trying to find a seat). The day before, I saw people eating at the pool, where it was clearly forbidden to eat (no one said a word, and food was scattered all over the floor). The beach and pier were really great, as were the shops on the resort and the numerous restrooms. In short, the rooms were poor, run-down, and old. The reception and bar staff were terrible for a four-star hotel. The food was good, the cleaning service was good, and the entertainment was okay, but the language was limited. That's about it. Would I come back here again? To Sharm El Sheikh, definitely, but definitely not to this hotel.
