Globally is great hotel
The location is good close to airport Atmosphere in adult only side globally is chill Rooms are very good and Ibrahim is doing all what we need to make our stay great he is very professional and do perfect job he is available whenever we need something The hotel generally is clean and espacially the rooms Ibrahim do grrat job everyday Noise level is low in adult only side it is nice place to chill The bad point is the pools that close very early for me, 6pm is too early to close pools The food is good cant complain and the guys in the restaurant give very good service they are very good The second bad thing about this hotel is the beach, it is not good to swim at all you can only take sun bath but will not enjoy a nice time swiming

Excellent location,very clean hotel, service from pool bar Sayed Excellent, also Excellent friendly service from pool side guys Safi and isslam nothing to much trouble for them,they knew I needed shade at certain times of day and would move parasol to make sure I was covered without having to ask, Bar in reception also Excellent service with Muhammed, Enjoyed my stay in this hotel...Loraine
Incredible!!
Amazing stay at this fabulous hotel. We stayed 7 nights and it was the perfect break. The staff have all been incredible and they work so hard, from the dining staff to the cleaners to the pool staff - all so accommodating. We had an issue with one of our meals but this was put right by Mr Hassan straightaway. Nothing not to like about this hotel. The massages were the best we’ve ever had. Special thanks to Ahmed by the pool who was always getting the drinks in without being asked! Thank you so much- we’ll definitely be back! Oh and the bed was soooo comfortable (we slept so well!)

Nice stay here at the cleopatra
We stayed here for 10days in Sept room number 3052 I room was lovley spacious and very clean, I have have to say my biggest shout out has to go to akmed he is the pool bar waiter and he neaver let our drinks go empty ..every day smiling making sure every guest around all the pools have refreshments All credit to him 👏🙌 he neaver stops
