Superb dining spa fitness diving and sports and luxurious guest rooms clustered like a hillside village above the shimmering drama of the Red Sea. The resort is clustered as a hillside village with a funicular that makes the walk down or up from the beach a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
An exceptional stay from beginning to end. Four Seasons hotel strikes the perfect balance between refined luxury and genuine warmth, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The service was impeccable yet wonderfully personal, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The most beautiful surroundings, attention to detail, and effortless elegance made the experience feel incredibly special. It’s so rare to find a place that feels both sophisticated and genuinely comforting, but this hotel achieves it perfectly. A truly memorable stay, and without hesitation, somewhere I would love to return to.
Unprofessional Conduct and Shocking Management Response: I am writing this review to warn other divers about a serious breach of professionalism and personal boundaries by an instructor named Yaqoob at the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh during a dive at 1:00 PM on September 1st. My wife and I have experienced scuba diving many times and have gone on multiple dives around the world. We are well aware of standard underwater communication, safety protocols, and what constitutes acceptable physical contact. What occurred on our dive with Yaqoob was completely unacceptable, especially for a luxury resort of this standard.During the dive, Yaqoob crossed professional boundaries by locking his fingers with my wife’s fingers. This was not a standard safety hold, a reassurance gesture, or a necessary guiding technique. It was an intimate, intrusive, and entirely unwarranted physical advancement. This behavior left my wife feeling incredibly vulnerable, shocked, and unsafe in an environment where you must completely rely on your instructor for security. The normal limit of contact should be strictly professional and far less intrusive.Equally disturbing was the initial reaction from the resort's leadership. When we first complained to a member of the senior management, she actively defended Yaqoob's actions, dismissing our serious safety and boundary concerns by stating that he is a "happily married man." This deflection was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. It was only when the top senior management was informed that the situation was taken seriously; he reassured me that this behavior is completely intolerable and promised that action would be taken. While we appreciate that the top management ultimately acknowledged the severity of this incident, the initial dismissal and Yaqoob’s behavior ruined our experience. For a five-star establishment like the Four Seasons, we expected immediate accountability and the highest level of vetting. We strongly advise other divers, especially women, to exercise extreme caution or look elsewhere entirely. It sad to say this experience has taken a great toll on our marriage and has completely ruined our experience, nothing can rectify this situation so please avoid if you want to save your marriage.

Amazing resort. We stayed for a week in it. It has a great service, good breakfast and multiple options from lunch and dinner. The resort is quite big, however they provide golf-cart for transportation within the facility. Every day at around 8 pm, they have different events and shows, like musicians playing musical instruments, belly dancers and singers. All the staff is helpful, especially Omar El-Azzawi as he helped with solving an issue. I liked the water activity center as it has a convenient location. It has as well a great team, like instructors Nino and Nabeel, and Francesca were fabulous people. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and definitely I would come back again.
From the moment we entered the gates until the moment we left for the airport, we enjoyed every moment of our trip. This was our 11th visit to Four Seasons Sharm, and once again, it was excellent—as always. At this point, it truly feels much more like a second home than a hotel.
We were very happy to be upgraded to a suite connected to our daughters’ room. Despite arriving early, check-in was remarkably smooth, and we received our rooms after only around 35 minutes, if not less.
One of our daughters unfortunately felt unwell for a day, and the care, kindness, and support we received from the entire team were simply unbelievable. It is moments like this that remind you what true hospitality really means.
I don’t want to make this review too long, but it would not feel right to leave without personally thanking many of the wonderful people who made our stay so special.
Management Team: Mr. Ragab Hamouda — for his warm welcome, energetic spirit, and constant commitment to excellence. People like him and his team are what make Four Seasons Sharm feel like a second home.
Mr. Gaber Ishak — who has always been there to offer his help and support throughout our many stays. He truly embodies the professionalism, care, and attention to detail that Four Seasons Sharm represents.
Our thanks also go to Mr. Mina Fathy, the professional Front Office Manager, as well as Mr. Karim Azab, Mr. Francesco Pelliccia, and Mr. Othman Elsheshtawy.
Pool & Beach Team: A special thank you to David, Ahmad, Ibrahim, Abdelrahman, Ahmad Newela (I hope I got his name right!), Marwan, Muaz, Arabi, Morsi, and Haitham for making our days by the pool so enjoyable. On the beach, our thanks go to Hammam, Abdelrahman, and Ziad.
Zitouni: We would also like to thank Sami, Engy (both at breakfast and on the beach), Salma, Mohammed, Fady, Chef Elie, and the entire wonderful team at Zitouni. Our breakfast mornings were always a pleasure, thanks to their warmth and hospitality.
Frantoio: Our sincere thanks to Abanob, the lovely lady who always welcomed us with a warm smile, the restaurant manager, and the entire team.
Yatai: Thank you to Ziad (if I’m not mistaken!), Abanob once again, and everyone behind the scenes who contributed to the wonderful dinner we enjoyed.
And, of course, our sincere thanks to the entire team at The Reef, a restaurant that has never dropped its high standards over all these years.
A special thank you as well to Marina, who was always so helpful in arranging our restaurant reservations.
Our appreciation also goes to the Housekeeping Team, especially Abdel Rahman, the golf car drivers (Mohamed El Agnaby in particular), and Ziad and Donya at reception.
Please forgive us for not remembering all the names of your fantastic team. Every single one of you contributed in your own way to making our stay so memorable.
Thank you all for another wonderful week at Four Seasons Sharm. We look forward to coming home again.
Warmest regards, Zaid Srouji and Family
