Sierra Sharm el Sheikh

As I said in my other reviews,the sierra hotel is the best Everytime we go,we are always welcomed with big smiles. Everything is always perfect,from reception,bar staff,restaurants,and our room. We went as a family and had a wonderful experience once again,everything was perfect. As always our room facing main pool,was clean,comfortable and very relaxing,thankyou to to our cleaner Moustfa for doing a great job,very attentive in his work. The hotel is situated next to Soho Square where there are restaurants,shops and all lit up of an evening,lovely atmosphere. The hotel grounds are immaculate, The Beach is wonderful,with a snack for food and drinks. There’s a little Bus that takes you back and forth every 20 minutes. Pools are great,so many to choose from,very clean,and excellent. Food well presented,great variety,always something to be enjoyed. Pool bar Akram,Ahmed,Emad,Mina,Peter,Antonia were outstanding, Pool lifeguards are great fun Nour,Elsayed,Aya,Osama,Farouk,Youssef very vigilant and caring. Main restaurant Fady,Marco,chef Tarek,Kerolos and Dina. Akuna Matata John,Mohammed and Gerges. The staff at this wonderful hotel are quick to respond to any requests you have.The staff are always smiling and helpful,and great hospitality,from hotel to beach. The service exceeds everytime we visit this hotel,all of the staff are very professional. This is why we keep returning,our 2nd home.

We are returning again for Christmas and New Year And have just booked for summer July 2027.

We stayed at the Savoy Hotel, and while our experience at the hotel itself was very enjoyable, one of the true highlights of our vacation was the incredible beach staff from both the Savoy and Sierra Hotel. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making sure guests had a fantastic time.

Their positive energy, professionalism, and constant smiles made every day at the beach enjoyable. They were always happy to help, chat, and create a fun and relaxing atmosphere that made us look forward to spending time there.

A special mention goes to the lifeguard Ahmed, who was not only attentive and professional but also great fun to be around. His sense of humor and friendly personality added so much to our beach days and made the experience even more memorable.

Thank you to the entire beach team for your outstanding hospitality. You played a huge part in making our stay so special, and we truly appreciate all your hard work. We hope to see you again on our next visit!
