We went out nto the Linah restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner most days. Everyday was different, with lots of choices to eat or sample. Never went hungry,Always went out eaten more than we needed. We also tried the other restaurant s on site. Never had a bad meal. Always came away satisfied. The location of all restaurants were easy to get too even when you have mobility issues . (Taf taf.) The atmosphere in all the different restaurants are different, some more relaxed than others, but you are never rushed. This is our sixth visit to Sultan gardens and it only gets better. The rooms are clean and inviting. There is regular room service and everything you require, including bathrobes. The whole complex was clean and well maintained, the gardens were stunning. Our favourite pool was pool 38 and every morning the lifeguard had our sunbeds ready. The pool bar staff was excellent serving us cocktails and the fruit kebabs. The whole holiday was 100% . Friends who came with us 1st visit are wanting to come back. We have already booked again. I do not want to mention names but everyone has a smile and look happy in their work We also have met friends we have met in past visits and keep in touch with many more..Dave and Kath
The hotel is amazing - room, bars and restaurants - everything is well thought and good quality experience. Food is tasty, a lot of choice for every diet. But the most important - is the stuff. All the people are very friendly, helpful and made our holidays unforgettable.
The resturant manager is absolutely amazing. Could not help us enough same As all the staff. Made us feel very special as he does every year the food is amazing cannot say nothing negative at all

We had a fantastic experience at Sultan Gardens Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a resort where you are genuinely treated with exceptional care. The biggest positive for us was definitely the staff. Whether at the beach, around the swimming pools or in the restaurants, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming, and this really makes a difference to the overall holiday experience. The main building is relatively new and quite impressive. The rooms, however, are showing their age, and you could probably find more modern accommodation for a similar price elsewhere. That said, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and for us, the quality of the food and the overall level of service were much more important than having the most modern room. One personal disappointment was the guest mix. We were expecting a more international atmosphere, but during our stay the resort was overwhelmingly dominated by Russian guests. As a Polish person living in Ireland, I personally found this disappointing, as we had hoped for a more diverse international environment. However, the excellent service from the local staff more than made up for it. I would particularly like to give a shout-out to Lofty and Eid from the main restaurant. Regardless of how busy the restaurant was, they always welcomed us with a big smile and made sure we had a table ready. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
