We enjoyed yet another stay
We had another wonderful stay at Sultan and were happy to see how much the hotel has improved since our last visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the food is excellent with plenty of variety, and the sea is absolutely beautiful. We also loved the beach bars, delicious coffee and cocktails, and the fun yet relaxed entertainment throughout the day.
Overall, Sultan continues to get better every year. While there are still a few small areas that could be improved, they did not affect our holiday. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to return again.

Amazing vacation
I had amazing experience: very delicious food, big show program, nice sea view. Also, there is a good animation team, that make our vacation more interesting and actively. Especially I appreciate that they speak in Ukranian too, even Egyptian boy.

The whole place is very clean and well taken care of Room service is very thoughtful and clean. Gardens and pool are also very neat. Life guards on the shalal pool are very nice and observant. Shalal bar where we take the best snacks. The fun animation team who made the stay very delightful. The kids club where my kids had so much fun. Thank you all for making the stay more than perfect for the 4th year in a row. Looking forward to next year.
