We had a wonderful vacation at the Savoy Hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Mohamed Atef and Mohamed Kamel at reception; Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Rimon, Mina, Rasha and Ahmed in the main restaurant; Hussein,Omar, Ashraf and Khaled at the beach; Mina, Bahaa and Peter at the Rocky Bar; Hisham, Mohamed and Mina at the Italian restaurant; and the entire Spa team. Your kindness and service made our vacation special.
We had some reservations regarding a few staff members at the pool bar and hope management will pay attention to this.
Overall, the Savoy is a wonderful hotel, especially for couples and adults. For families with children, however, there are limited activities and entertainment options for kids and teenagers.

The place was really sharming, great atmosphere, confortable rooms, great house keeping, high level amenities. tasty food, you get a great value according to what you pay, the staff was the best ever, starting from the guest relation agent Youstina! She was so proffessional and helpful, the banquet hostess rasha was so friendly and always smiling, bahaa the pool bartender was so nice as well. We are coming back for sure.
Thanks the entire SAVOY team for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. This was my second visit, and I can certainly say it will not be my last.

We stayed in savoy from September for 10 day's, our stay was absolutely superb as usual the lifeguards in the pool are are exceptionally helpful with everything Ahmed ashraf was our main friend as well as other members of the pool team who have become very good friends over the lat 3 trips to the savoy, I have delt with lots of members of staff throughout our stay and everyone across the hotel are exceptionally good, to mention some of them, lena in reception is always very helpful ,youstinain customer relations was extremely helpful as we had a party of 10 to book restaurants, but even member of staff from management, house keeping,restaurant, pool and life guards, everyone from the hotel makes us want to come back ,thank you to all of you and we will be back very soon
