The resort in short terms is amazing. It really stands up for its five star rating. The chefs in the international buffet were exceptional like I’ve never seen. Employees were very friendly specifically Mrs. Rasha
The hotel is very beautiful. The lifeguards are all good, especially Ahmed Ashraf, a wonderful, smiling, and laughing rescuer. Thank you very much to him and all the supervisors.
We had a wonderful experience, and a special thank you goes to Ahmed Ashraf for his excellent service. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. His warm attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. It is people like Ahmed who make guests feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. Highly recommended, and thank you Ahmed for making our experience so memorable!
The Savoy is a beautiful resort with a stunning structure, convenient access to the sea, and a truly beautiful beach and sea.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor and almost non-existent. We had an all-inclusive package, which led us to believe that we would have access to all the restaurants and bars every day, but this was not the case at all.
We only discovered after two evenings that the restaurants had to be booked online and one day in advance. For two nights in a row, we tried to have dinner at one of the five restaurants, but we were told that they were all fully booked. What made it even more frustrating was that, once inside, there were only around three tables occupied. Absolutely unbelievable!
Imported alcoholic drinks such as Aperol and Campari were also charged extra, despite us having an all-inclusive package. And to make things worse, the bars only offered drinks included in the package until midnight; after that, you had to pay.
It is a real shame because the resort itself is beautiful and the sea is amazing, but the all-inclusive experience and the service were very disappointing and definitely not what we expected.
