White Hills Resort

As I promised last time we visited, we would come again, and we did. White Hills promised to make it another memorable experience and they did!

Once again, White Hills raises the bar and surpasses it.

This June was our third time visiting White Hills with my wife, this time adding our two boys into the mix.

As always, a wonderful and truly memorable experience. Everytime i think it’ll be “as good” as last time, I am amazed at how much better it keeps getting.

The service, quality and attention to everything is unmatched here, the welcoming from familiar faces that recognized us from our last visit 2 years ago, and another year before was priceless, and then all of a sudden everyone knows my two boys and addresses them by name wherever we go. Very few places I’ve been to can give you that welcoming homey feeling.

The accommodation as always is top notch, comfortable, clean, and despite the music always blaring somewhere, you could nap or sleep in peace and quiet.

The entertainment - words can’t describe it. The animation team does go above and beyond to create and present something that raises the bar, then tops it - THE NEXT DAY!

It makes it hard to want to leave and explore the rest of sharm al sheikh, and honestly, it’s worth the stay - White Hills offers so much for the memories that you can’t put a value on.

White Hills is officially our Sharm Alsheikh destination, our home away from home.

From the moment we arrived at White Hills Resort, we knew we had chosen the right hotel. My partner and I had the most amazing holiday, and it was without a doubt the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The food was absolutely incredible, with so much variety and every meal cooked to a very high standard. There was something for everyone, and we genuinely looked forward to every meal. A special thank you goes to the amazing team at the Boscage restaurant. Haytham, Mohamed, Mohamed and their manager, Saed, made every meal such a wonderful experience. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and always greeted us with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Their exceptional service and warm personalities were a huge part of what made our holiday so memorable. The staff throughout the resort were exceptional – every single person we met was friendly, welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upgrading to the Posh Club was one of the best decisions we made. The extra level of service, exclusive facilities and attention to detail made our holiday feel even more luxurious and was worth every penny. A special mention has to go to our butler, El Sayed. He was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and couldn't have done more for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always met our every need with a smile. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made our holiday even more memorable. He is a real credit to the resort and one of the reasons our stay was so exceptional. Another very special mention goes to the exceptional Posh Club staff member, Yousef, and the wonderful lifeguard, Ali. Their outstanding hospitality truly elevated our stay. Yousef always made the effort to come over to our swim-up pool to serve our drinks with a warm smile, ensuring we were always comfortable and well looked after. Ali was equally attentive, friendly, and always on hand to help. Their genuine care, professionalism, and impeccable service made our holiday feel effortlessly luxurious and truly unforgettable. The cleanliness throughout the resort was simply outstanding. I've never seen a hotel maintained to such a high standard – everything was immaculate, from the rooms and pools to the gardens. You genuinely couldn't find a single blade of grass out of place! One thing that really stood out to us was how safe we felt throughout our entire stay. Whether we were relaxing around the resort during the day or walking around Tal Avenue in the evening, we always felt completely comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere was fantastic, with such a great vibe everywhere you went. There was always something going on, but it never felt overcrowded or overwhelming. It was the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation and entertainment.

We also have to mention the à la carte restaurant, Clove. The Indian cuisine was absolutely outstanding and, without a doubt, the best Indian food we've ever tasted. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived until we left, providing such attentive and genuine service. To make the evening even more special, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated romantic table, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience unforgettable. It was one of the highlights of our holiday, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone staying at the resort

This resort exceeded all of our expectations in every way. We left feeling completely relaxed and are already talking about coming back. If you're looking for luxury, incredible food, outstanding service, immaculate surroundings and a resort where you feel genuinely welcomed and safe, I couldn't recommend White Hills Resort highly enough. We can't wait to return!
