A Wonderful Stay Every Time
I had an amazing stay! I’ve been coming here for many years and it’s always a pleasure to return. The food is consistently excellent and the recent updates throughout the resort have elevated the ambiance even more. The beach location is absolutely incredible and the staff are always so friendly. It’s a beautiful place with such a wonderful atmosphere and I always look forward to coming back :)
The perfect vacation destination
I have loved my experience very much,it’s such a family friendly place The stay was so good that we came back for the second time Thanks to Zubeida(kids club)she really helped with the good activities to keep the kids busy and entertained so that I could rest a little.
We are definitely coming back.

Disappointing!!
We were a family of 12 and had a lovely holiday across Kenya and Tanzania ending with a nice relaxing break in Diani - Southern Palm was highly recommended therefore I decided to book this hotel.
When we arrived there was a wedding and the hotel was very chaotic. Buffet was always chaotic…We were shown to our rooms. The rooms were outdated, our TV didn’t work, the bathroom was horrible. It felt like they had just put us in an old part of the hotel that doesn’t get used and totally different to the photos Southern Palm advertise. We have paid for rooms we have seen on the website and just because of a wedding we got something totally different. We were very very disappointed. I would like to thank Daisy the customer service manager who was super helpful. She listened to our concerns and was very understanding. Daisy was fabulous and reassuring. Unfortunately it was not the experience we wanted to end our holiday on.
