What a paradise! This place truly offers a unique experience.
We received a warm and heartfelt welcome at the beginning, along with a great explanation of the facilities and services.
From the moment we arrived until the very end, we were treated exceptionally well - we’ve never experienced service quite like this before.
All the staff here are amazing and took looking after us, and everyone else, to the next level. We were truly spoiled - they constantly made sure we had something to eat and drink.
We were allocated an amazing boutique room with the most beautiful view. Our room was very well maintained; we always had fresh bottled water, the bed was made, and the towels were changed regularly.
Around the pool and the private beach, towels are available for the sun loungers, and the staff make sure everything is always tidy.
We needed to get some medicine during our stay, and the staff even helped arrange and order it for us.
We also tried the spa and had a lovely massage and body scrub, followed by a relaxing time with some coconut snacks and fizz at the end.
The monkeys are a bit cheeky and sometimes steal from the breakfast buffet, but it’s amazing to see them so close - sometimes only a few metres away.
Truly an unforgettable experience. Thanks a million to the whole team.
Asante sana! 🦁🐘🦒🦓
A great ambience and the rooms are not squeezed together hence privacy is not compromised. The rooms are big enough and clean. Steady water supply both warm and cold. Clean beddings. Delicious food with many options to pick from. Friendly staffs, always willing to help out. It was a 10/10 for me, my kids and almost all of my colleagues we visited with. The lichthaus restaurant is game changer and every client should purpose to have at least one dinner there
Amazing food, service and views! Highly recommend this place.
I had a wonderful stay at Temple Point. The experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The food was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
I really loved my stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Watamu.
I have stayed at Temple Point from the 28.04.2026 till the 2.05.2026 and even though I was part of a company training I have to say that it was a true pleasure being there. The staff is very attentive and here I want to hightlight Anthony. He was truly remarkable. He was so kind to lend me a charger of his for my entire stay. The mexican manager, forgive forgetting your name, asked every day, for every meal if everything is in order. The german executive chef went all out every day for the meals whether it was a swahili night with live music, finger food for the out of africa film night (getting a german currywurst 😋) or for our last night sharing meals (from salads, tapas to beef filet, prawns, stuffed crabs).
Then about the rooms, I stayed in the boutique room which was very spacious, had an AC and fan and a coffee/tea station plus a mini fridge. I had a nice shared terrace.
The main area of the hotel has a beautiful pool, spa and the famous Lichthaus bar.
All in all I can only recommend this place cause you will feel home. Thank you Temple Point!!!
