Loved it
Me and my wife went to this hotel last week. Loved our stay. 10/10, service was amazing and the hotel was lovely. Mohammad, Ibrahim and Zakarya were great and all members off staff were very helpful and nice.
Very clean hotel and in a great location, everything is literally 10 mins away. Great mall 2 min walk away.
Our room was serviced everyday and any questions we had they were more than happy to help. From ordering a taxi for us to getting us drinks! Deffo will be going back and highly recommend!

Such an amazing place
From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the door by Nouredin off our transfer which they had organised for us from the airport. They took our bags and sat us in the foyer and gave us a traditional Moroccan welcome with some fresh mint tea and some petit fours and even washed our hands. The room was gorgeous and very clean, with a view over the pool. The breakfast had such a lovely variety served without prompt. We asked them to service our room every two days and they did it personally. I want to especially thank Nouredin and Ibrahim for their great hospitality and for giving us great recommendations (boundless knowledge of history and of the area) and for booking our hot air balloon trip and to all the staff for they making our stay so memorable. We wanted somewhere out of the city away from the hustle and bustle and the location was excellent next to a mall and only 5 minutes away from the centre of Medina. شكرًا جزيلاً
Relaxing night before heading home
Just what we needed after 14 days in Morocco. Staff super friendly and accommodating (we really felt cared for). Facility beautiful and clean. Rooms spacious, bed comfortable. Location perfect if you have an early flight home as near the airport. Pool super relaxing and clean with nice music in the background. Just a few suggestions: internet could be improved (especially since it's connected to the TV) and AC was very noisy.
Albakech - A home away from home
Albakech has a homey feel to the hotel which gives it character. The rooms are spacious and each one has its own unique style. They assisted us with arranging the most wonderful excursions. A special shout out to Ibrahim with making our stay one of the most memorable!

I have been to Marrakech before and this time we opted to stay outside of the crowded medina for a more relaxing experience. It was still about 10 minutes away. We were able to watch the sunset from our hotel.
We were greeted with tea and cookies, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The staff was wonderful and helped us coordinate excursions and our massages at the hotel. There is a mall and cinema nearby. I would stay here again.
