Great stay in a great location for the medina restaurants and wonderful little alleyways. The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly. We went to the spa and had a hamman and a 30 minute massage really enjoyed it a definitely would recommend . Our room was lovely ,clean and over looked the pool area which was a nice touch. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
Ahmed at Angsana Marrakech was fantastic. He granted all our wishes and did everything to make us happy. Thank you so much, Ahmed!
We had a really great stay at Marrakech Riads Angsana Heritage Collection. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, and we would especially like to thank Ahmed at reception for taking such good care of us. The room and the whole property were very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping and room service were excellent. The lady who looked after our room was also very kind and attentive. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was slightly different every day, always fresh, and you could tell that a lot of it was homemade. The breakfast staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome every morning. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was fantastic, great food, excellent service, a very nice atmosphere, pleasant music and a beautiful setting. We were very happy with the service, the staff and the whole experience, and we would definitely recommend this place. Once again thank you for everything to whole team!
This was our 2nd visit to Riad Si Said. Positioned in a quiet area away from the hustle & bustle, this is a perfect place to relax and cool down after a busy day. The rooms are comfortable & well serviced. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our perfect place to stay to relax and unwind in Marrakech.
We arrived at the Angsana on the 21st Sep 26. After check-in we were taken down a very dusty alley and shown a first floor room in another hotel. When I say hotel, it was more like a hostel. The door to the room (see photo) was difficult to unlock and relock, in fact my partner could not manage it herself. There were no bedside lights in the room. There were 2 small bottles of water, we were told to go to another place to refill them when empty. The shower was dark, the floor was slippery. The stairs to our room were dangerous (see photo) and I fell down them one evening. The pool was no bigger than an oversized bath. Despite advertising a 'bar' there was not one. There was not a TV to be found anywhere and Aircon did not exist outside of the room. The Wi-Fi signal drifted in and out. Never saw any landscaped gardens. The library consisted of a dozen ancient books. The was no 'shuttle-bus' as advertised. There was absolutely nothing in the way of amenities that one would expect from a Hotel within the price range paid. The reception to this house (see photo) is pitiful. Exiting the 'house' where we stayed was dirty and dangerous as building work was being undertaken in the alley and we constantly had to avoid the truck that constantly blocked our path. We would not stay there ever again, even if it was to be offered 'Free of Charge' !!!
