This modern hotel boasts a package of a traditional-style courtyards, wonderfully landscaped gardens and a waterpark-crowned pool scene. Its well-appointed rooms feature traditional Moroccan décor with some fresh touches like flat-screen TVs. Their only downside is that due to the amount of attractions the venue offers, guests won't spend enough time in them. They will be spoiled with choice at the exciting first-rate waterpark that is loaded with slides including a Spacebowl, Blackhole and a section just for the youngest guests chock-full of slides and fountains. Plus there are 2 extra pools and a poolside bar to provide endless stream of chilled drinks. The lights of the Red City, called so due to the blush-coloured walls that surround it, are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away and it is still exciting as ever and still offers a magical mix of modern and traditional.

Took the adult kids here on a family holiday, and was all inclusive. The hotel is massive and a lot of things to do, there is a water park and entertainment every night.
Entertainment team are around all day, and really took a shine to Ouss. He was so lovely and made us laugh every day. Such a good holiday, would recommend.
The hotel was very good, lovely stay. Was here for a week with the family, has everything you need. The entertainment team were amazing, Ouss was super friendly and nice. Really made the days more enjoyable.
If I could score it no stars I would! This hotel isn’t even worth 1 star. The only thing good about this hotel is the water park facilities for the children. This hotel is all about taking your money Definitely not a true all inclusive as you have many restrictions and are charged for basic things like ice cream and extra drinks such as a red bull! They do not have the basics such as water in the fridge, a kettle, or even an iron on site that you can rent.
On arrival I had to request to move rooms due to the smell of damp, the second room was better in regard to smell but I had to get the bedding changed twice due to them not being clean and finding hairs on them! I was advised these hairs where of the cleaner who changed the sheets!
The breakfast only offers nothing but sweet stuff! Who eats doughnuts for breakfast!
They had a power cut for over an hour you would think they would offer an incentive to the guest leaving that day and having to check out but have been inconvenienced due to the power cut but of course not they want money.
It’s also £15 a towel to rent for the pool everything is money money
This hotel isn’t not worth the amount it is, I would have preferred to stay in a B&B and pay to go to a water park everyday!!!
We’re should I start so check In was chaos ques out the door. Then we got to our room wich was block 4 at the back of the aqua park we was put on the ground floor even tho we payed for a balcony. They said it was a garden it was more like a dirt path with table and chair outside .. we then went to reception to change rooms they didn’t want to change us rooms but we demanded a move for our 3 day stay, finally moved rooms to block 2 with a nice view balcony and room was much better and closer to the restaurant and pools. Rooms was clean basic no kettle No bottled water in the fridge. The food I am a fusser Easter so didn’t manage to eat much . Evrything was a que u want food u que in the restaurant they don’t bring u a drink over so ur running around for ur drinks even plates and cups at times coz there was never any . The hotel couldn’t keep up with number of guests. Overall the water park and pools are good fun . Staff are rude. Over all would I visit again NO we payed really cheap for 3 days even if I found it cheap again I wouldn’t return . I felt like I was on a council estate holiday.
Stayed 10 days with the family. Pros: The pool it's self is good and big. The adult only pool is nice and peaceful. The water park is good fun. Location is excellent, you can get into the Medina in 20 mins. Bed was comfortable. Some of the food in the buffet was re nice.
Cons: The actual area around the pool was filthy dirty. Cigarette butts, water bottles, half empty drinks, plates with food all just lying around. People don't clean up after themselves and there is no staff cleaning either. This leads to an infestation of wasps around the loungers. There was even a swarm of them at the pool snack bar and with nobody from the hotel bothered to address this. The food at the pool bar is disgusting, don't look behind the counter because you'll be shocked at how dirty it is. The toilet and bathroom room are ridiculously small. They are two separate rooms with no room to swing a cat in. If you get a stomach bug which happened to multiple people in the hotel then you don't have a lot of comfort in those areas. Balcony has only room for two people and is overgrown with weeds. Room cleaners will knock your door at 7am to clean your room so be advised to leave out the do not disturb sign so you can avoid this. The staff are incredibly rude, be prepared for eye rolling, misinformation, misdirection and a lack of empathy. Everything is money orientated with them. If you arrive early, before your check in time they will charge you for each person to use the pool. So large families beware. The drinks in the bar are not nice. The cocktails are not made fresh, they come from a machine and taste like sugar. The beer is the Moroccan beer Stork. It's not nice. There's only ever one person serving in the main bar so expect massive queues and more eye rolling. You can only get 3 drinks at one time and then from 11pm it's one drink. This leads to chaos because there are a lot of large family groups trying to get drinks in for their families. The entertainment staff are some of the worst I've seen. Not sure who was in charge of this bunch but there was a total lack of leadership of management. Staff just wondering around doing nothing, sitting on sun beds chatting and too busy flirting with young girls. The evening shows where rubbish and repetitive. The main buffet is chaotic, people barging around trying to get food and bumping into each other. Once again no management or leadership.
Overall I wouldn't class this hotel as all inclusive as the you have to wait from 10am to 12:30pm for food to be served. So if you miss breakfast cos you want to have a lay in because your on holidays it's a long wait. Drinks are not all always available. Main food finishes at 10pm. So if you want eat later you can't. No food until 7am the next morning.
I've stayed in multiple all inclusive hotels and this is by far the worst. Me and my family definitely won't be returning to this hotel and I won't be recommending it to family or friends. Next time we'll pay the extra bit and stay somewhere nicer and friendlier.
