BAB is the One

This hotel was fantastic, staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating as I came with a 7 month old. Breakfast was lush, minus the odd fly. Cooked well every morning and loads to eat. The room were nice and cleaned every day, with a huge bed and massive bathroom. We truly enjoyed. The hotel is by a mcds and kfc 5 mins drive away which should cost u no more than 20 dirham and the mall the same. All things are close by and many spots a taxi can be picked up. I suggest using app I drive which is like their either

Not ready

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 5. Had to wait 30 minutes for the room "to be ready" and it still wasn't ready after waiting 30 minutes. Had to wait in the lobby while they were painting for over 40 minutes inhaling paint fumes and getting aggressively pitched by the spa lady to book a treatment. They also told my sister they were bringing up her bag and not to worry about it and they literally just left it in the elevator and didn't deliver it to her room. I literally walked into the empty elevator and her bag was just sitting in the elevator and I had to take it to her myself. Avoid staying here unless you want a migraine.

Hotel, Haman Spa & Massage

We stayed at the Bab hotel at the end of our two weeks in Morocco and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the holiday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and polite and we wanted for nothing. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and most importantly the service at the bar was great! Whilst staying at the hotel we also paid for a two hour haman spa and massage which was amazing! We’d never done it before and it is a must if you are staying at the hotel. Again, the service from the spa staff was impeccable, the haman was a great experience and really relaxing and the massage sent me to sleep. We left the spa feeling reborn it was that good! Thank you to everyone at the hotel and I 100% recommend this as a place to stay if you visit Marrakesh

Lovely place for a first time haman experience.

This was my first time experiencing a haman. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, ushering me through what could have been a pretty awkward experience for this American abroad. I also had a super relaxing massage after. Highly recommended. Mina was the best!
