We had a wonderful experience at the à la carte restaurant. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The cocktail selection was also fantastic, with plenty of great choices.
A special mention to Zina, the restaurant manager in the evening. Her organization is truly outstanding, and she makes sure everything runs smoothly. She is always welcoming, kind, and has such a wonderful smile that makes guests feel very comfortable and appreciated.
The dining areas are clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning makes the atmosphere very pleasant.
Overall, an excellent restaurants in the evninh and in the morning if zina works in the morning ,with great food, excellent service, and a wonderful team. Highly recommended!
The staff at Belive Experience have been outstanding especially Abdus Samad and Mohammed at the Reception. They were always there when needed, very helpful. Excellent resort.
The kids loved it.
Absolutely loved this holiday. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Cocktails at the main bar were so good and the lads there are great. The food at the snack bar always hot and fresh, great staff. They all work so hard. The entertainment team are fab, different shows on every night. Favourite has to be the pool party followed by a fire show. The main restaurant has a variety of different foods, always something nice to eat. The staff in there are fab, they are always so busy. They made my daughter’s birthday very special. Thanks again. The à la carte restaurant was lovely and the steak cooked to perfection. Yum! Hotel is lovely and always clean. Room was a duplex and cleaned and new towels daily. Housekeeping great. Thank you all for making our family holiday as good and easy as it was. Will see you again!
The Be Live experience was honestly something special! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, well-organized, and full of positive energy. The atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail made the whole experience truly memorable.
A huge shout-out to Mimi! ❤️ She was absolutely amazing — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Her energy and kindness really stood out and added something extra special to our experience.
It’s not often you come across someone who makes you feel this welcome. Mimi deserves a massive thank you! 🙌✨
I would definitely recommend the experience and would happily come back again. 🌟
Honest review of Be Live experience Hotel- Ok, so to address a few things that keep cropping up on reviews of this hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel, it costs around £700 to stay here, all inclusive, at peak season…. If you really think you are getting a 4 star all inclusive hotel for that price then I have some magic beans, a plot on the moon and a piece of the Berlin Wall Id like to sell you. Hotel star ratings differ from country to country depending on the awarding body (AA, Forbes etc). This hotel has been rated by travel agents (TUI/Thomas Cook etc), it is a 4 star by their grading process…. Not by the same process/body that grades The Savoy in London!!! Secondly, arriving at any hotel and expecting to book into your room at 10:00 is absurd unless you pay an early check in fee. Are you expecting the hotel to kick guests out at 5AM so they can turn the room around for your arrival at 10AM? Some common sense please. We did arrive at 10:00, were given our wristbands immediately and had access to all facilities including food and drink from 10:00…. Our rooms were ready at 15:00. I think it was excellent that the hotel allowed us access to everything else while our rooms were being cleaned. Thirdly, yes, a deposit was required (a lot of the reviews mention the tourist tax and room deposit so it should not be a shock to anyone), this disappeared off my card before we left the hotel, a lot of hotels do this, it wasn’t a shock or a problem. So, onto the rooms… air con is excellent in the rooms, it was hotter than Guy Fawkes bum on 5th November during our stay, the fact you can leave the air con on in your room 24/7 is a godsend and made the stay even more enjoyable. Fresh water everyday, really clean, spacious and comfy beds, very large en-suite with huge walk in shower… WiFi was decent in our room (and everywhere else on site), it’s not fast enough to blast out a victory royale on Fortnite but it’s good enough to check news and post “look how awesome my life is” crap on social media….what else can a Brit abroad ask for? The only bizarre element is a window into the en-suite!!!! Been with the wife for over 20 years but I still don’t want to watch her use the toilet and I’m sure she doesn’t want to watch me!! The pool is good, but as others have said, lounger reserving happens everyday and you gotta be early to get a good spot… some towels were out by 6am and people didn’t use the loungers until 3pm…. I did see staff trying to sort this, but it is frustrating. The food… anyone who can’t find something to eat here must be the fussiest eater ever!! There’s a huge salad bar, cheese selection, always fish, meat, Moroccan section, chips, pizza, nuggets etc…. Literally everyone is catered for, then you have the snack bar by the pool doing burgers etc. I was slamming at least 100g of quality lean protein a day with decent salad/veg… the al la carte restaurant was amazing too… that meal would have been £60 a head in the UK. The staff all work super hard in very hot weather, cleanliness is excellent, staff manners are great although some speak little English (how British expecting everyone in a foreign country to speak English!!). A couple of points where I think they could improve… the wasps at the pool bar are excessive at times (some of these reviews make out it’s like Winnie the Pooh smashing a hive meets “my girl”, it’s not that bad!!), I accept it’s an African country but maybe a few of those neon buzz kill things behind the bar?? The evening entertainment was also a bit dull…. I get they are trying to cater to everyone and there are many other European/non-english speaking holiday makers there… but maybe a little co-ordination could work? The band sang a lot in French (only song I knew was from the Stella Artois advert!!)… maybe they could pick popular songs that most of Europe know? Surely the ever popular ABBA or the badass A-HA back catalogue could bring all of Europe together in melodic harmony?? Lastly, the bus into and back from town, really useful, always on time, good air con and proper/decent bus… Not once did I get the impression any staff were asking/hunting for tips.. A great hotel, recommended.
