I would never go there again, was very dirty and un hygienic. Manegar was not helpful at all had a horrible experience in there. Crickets in rooms dirty bedding and toilets. They don’t wash the glasses properly use fingers and also use the same glass for other people. The whole experience was awful. Only good thing about the hotel was the spa and hamman bath. Not even worth a 2 star some photos are not even advertised right I wouldn’t go there.
Lovely hotel, good variety of food and entertainment. Lots going on throughout the day, by the pool, and in the evening. Close enough to the medina for a trip out. On the ground staff were great (entertainment, bar staff etc.) however the managerial staff were rude and unhelpful when we initially arrived as we were faced with many problems regarding the room.
Initial problems with room not being cleaned, staff were unhelpful and lady at reception was very rude and lied to us several times. After that was fixed and we finally moved rooms, we had a great week, lots of food and drink options, lovely pool options, great range of activities and evening entertainment. Most of the staff were lovely, friendly and fun, especially the entertainment staff.
Amazing entertainment team especially Mougli, always interacting with guests, chatting , really fun games in the pool and auqa gym sessions everyday.
Mixed review here. The BEST part of this hotel is the entertainment crew. The poolside activities are fab. The team really get you involved and have you laughing. The evening entertainment is great. Lots of effort put in and again the team go above and beyond. 10/10 for that team. Sadly the hotel is let down by simple things such as... running out of plates every meal time. Waiting for drinks as they have ran out of glasses, they literally serve drinks in whatever glass, cup, beaker they can find, including having glass poolside. Having 1 towel to share between 4 in a room. Asking for pillows as they do not give enough for the amount of people sharing the room (still have no pillows). On an evening they have only 1 bar open (this is in August so peak time) so not only are you stood in massive queues but you are also waiting for glasses/cups/beakers etc Food is great. Plenty of choice and tastes good. The rooms are very basic but fine for what you need. The hotel is clean and friendly. Tax for this hotel is £2.50 per person, per night due to the star rating. This hotel is not worth their star review! The minor things really let the hotel down as I feel out of peak times this hotel will be great. Sadly the smaller things really let it down!
