this is my first time in this hotel i like it evry think good the pools are goods and also the aquapark ther activity are so nice and difrent and thank to kira from animation team ❤️

Very French orientated even get served first at the bar as they have different colour bands… advertise a Adult only pool which was one of the reasons we booked there as a older couple but what they don’t tell you is that you don’t get your all inclusive food and drink there and have to pay 200 dirhams a day for the sunbed .. seemed to able to smoke anywhere even inside the restaurant ( small one) .. food very repetitive and had to hunt for cutlery every day some of staff not very helpful pulling faces when we are asking for help … bar staff some were very good but had a supervisor just sitting there watching them which seemed intimidating if going as a couple would not advise to go here very noisy and if you learn French you’ll probably get a better service

30-40 minutes away from the town driving but we knew that before we booked so wasn't a problem also the hotel itself provides a regular shuttle there and back for 20 dirham per person each way which we used twice always on time and the driver was lovely. Check in was easy, the staff were polite and helpful, pointed us in the right direction of our room. Room was a good size and clean. Had a small fridge which was useful for drinks. The hotel provide a 2l bottle of water for the room everyday which you can refill near the dining area. Beds were comfy and the room was cleaned everyday, new towels given daily if needed. The cleaning staff were friendly and always happy. All around the hotel was clean and the staff worked hard to maintain this, all with a smile on there faces. Dining- yes the dining room has a few birds flying around but they aren't on the food but it is open so its to be expected that nature will enter. Enough food to choose from and im quite a picky eater but I didnt go hungry. The table was cleared like everyone else's (despite the purple band) as mentioned i other reviews english get purple bands, but I felt no divide or difference in service it just meant that staff who spoke english engaged more than those that didnt but I must add the ones that spoke little english did try. Yes the hotel is predominantly French families but the ones I came across were nice, just enjoying there family holiday. Always something going on at the pool area with the entertainment team, i will admit I only went once I preferred the zen adult only pool with the comfy beds (you do have to pay for the beds and drinks down there) but in my opinion we'll worth it. So relaxing and as myself and partner were having a break without the kids for a few days we made the most of it. We don't drink so I cant really comment on the alcohol but the bar wasn't overcrowded as we had expected we managed to get our coffee no problem.And to my husbands delight they showed the football every night. All in all for what we paid we couldn't of asked or expected more. Thankyou to all at valeria madina for a lovely stay
