This hotel is set in the Kasbah Quarter of Marrakech. The hotel is set close to many of the city's most intriguing sites, including the Royal Palace and the Djemaa el Fna. Menara Airport is conveniently located just 3 km away. The hotel boasts a spectacular setting, boasting a stunning backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. The hotel showcases sleek, stylish culture and history, and is sure to impress. Is considered to be one of the most authentic riads in the city. Occupying a 19th-century residence, the hotel showcases typical Moroccan architecture, combined with 21st-century conveniences. This luxurious hotel tempts visitors with the promise of unrivalled style and comfort. The guest rooms are stunningly designed, offering a wonderful setting in which to completely unwind. Guests will be impressed by the extensive range of first-class facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.

A wonderful gem of a property set in beautiful surroundings in the south of the medina but with easy access to all the sights. Friendly staff, good service and lush gardens make for a wonderful stay. We upgraded to a garden view room (105) and it was in a very quiet location with a small patio, table and chairs in the garden but we usually just went to the pool in the afternoon to cool off. There is a lot of shade if you want it and resident tortoises (a cat) and many birds. Breakfast was varied and freshly made omelettes were delicious. We did have to ask for coffee to be brought to us rather than the waiter approaching but otherwise service was friendly and attentive. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and the food and service were excellent. We had a Hammam in the spa which was quite an experience and very authentic. Djemaa El Fna is a 25 minute walk and Saadian tombs less than 10. We took a taxi out to Jardins Majorelle and used taxis on other occasions when it just felt too hot to walk. The prices did differ, sometimes we felt like we had overpaid and others not so. Some restaurants are not easily accessible by taxis (if you are less mobile beware) but we like to walk so this wasn't a problem. As I like plants and gardening The Secret Garden was also a must visit and a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The city is so frenetic and exciting with the narrow walkways and so much activity. Even though this riad is further south in the medina and away from the hubbub of the city its actually better located in my opinion. Its so nice to return after a few hours of the bustling medina into this beautiful oasis of peace and calm. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I will return in the future.
This is a beautiful hotel - professionally run with warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was chic, fresh and modern and we slept so well. Perhaps due to the divine orange flower spritz each night on our pillows! Breakfasts are a feast and we enjoyed a delicious dinner one evening in the pretty garden with exemplary service. The cocktails are fabulous too. Truly a holiday remaining in our memories forever. Thank you for such a special and spoiling stay.
Location It's in the Kasbah where you take your life in your hands to walk in the streets with motor bikes flying past you on narrow cobbled streets. The hotel will get you a taxi to Jamel el-Fnaa square where the agreed price start at 600 but if you use a metered taxi only costs 200. We were charged various prices up to 2000 for the same distance until we forced drivers to use the meter. I think the hotel is getting a kick back. The hotel is ok 3.5 star at best with a chaotic breakfast with no spoons, arguing staff and very little English. We would not come back.
I stayed in this beautiful oasis in November with my friend. I loved it so much I am returning with another friend.
A wonderful place to stay - tranquil, friendly, a real oasis away fron the busy streets of the Medina. You step through an old wooden door from a dusty hot road and enter a different world. Rooms are quiet (we were on in 114 2nd floor overlooking the garden) and comfortable, swimming pool nice, enough space for everyone. Gardens are peaceful with small shaded seating areas. Food ( be it breakfast, lunch or dinner) was excellent. However the best thing about the Riad is the people. Can't single out an individual because everyone was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
