- Nobu Hotel Marrakech

The beautiful building of this property is reminiscent of the classical oriental architecture style and immediately transports its guests to a bygone era of elegance and comfort. Located in the central area of Marrakech it is just a 15-minute walk from the lavish Royal palace, which took around a quarter of a century to build, and the central Jamaâ el Fna Square - a must for anyone who wants to explore the local culture. For dining guests shouldn't have to go any further than the in-house restaurant, which besides it delicious Moroccan dishes also offers Italian and French cuisine, and all of this can be enjoyed al fresco style on the terrace while admiring the panoramic city views. Those who want to feel really pampered can visit the spa and wellness centre, where a wide variety of procedures and facilities are available to help them relax and restore their energy and well-being.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

We came for our annual company retreat to Marrakech and stayed at the Nobu hotel.
During the organisation of the trip and the stay itself I cannot commend the team enough for how helpful, kind and supportive they all were. I want to personally shout out Walid, Imane and Redone. They made our stay truly magical.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The amenities were fantastic, everything was extremely clean. The food is incredible and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
Concerige and Redone helped us plan fabulous activities for our group including cooking classes, hot air balloons and an unforgettable dinner in the desert.
It’s only a few minutes away from the airport and you can easily walk into the Medina. But if you want to travel further afield I know the team at Nobu are more than happy to organise this for you.
From my room I could see the Koutoubia and you can hear the prayer call which is an amazing experience.
Staying at the Nobu is truly a luxury experience which is what you would expect for the value you pay. You are made to feel like you can truly relax and everything will be taken care of. Our team couldn’t have been happier with their stay and I am so grateful to Walid, Imane and Redone for all the help they provided me.
Thank you all for a truly unforgettable stay.
Very clean hotel & rooms A little noisy from roof top at night The best service from most staff. Especially the breakfast team. The lady manager, Adnan as well as all waiters. Chef. Very friendly, polite and always able to serve whatever we requested. We only used the spa Jamal helped with our redturant booking. Very helpful perso
Nobu Marrakech — A 3-Star Hotel Hiding Behind a 5-Star Banner
Nobu Marrakech is, in our experience, a 3-star level hotel hiding behind a 5-star banner and charging 5-star prices.
The biggest disappointment was the service. Basic hospitality and communication etiquette were often missing. We repeatedly had to call for simple things such as towels, complimentary coffee and basic room requirements — things that should never require constant chasing in a luxury hotel.
Communication was another major issue. The language barrier seemed to become an excuse for poor attitude and, at times, unnecessarily rude or dismissive interactions. Not speaking French or the local language should never mean receiving a lower standard of courtesy.
There was also a noticeable expectation around tipping, despite the service often being far from exceptional.
Then there is the price. Do not simply look at the advertised room rate. Once taxes and additional charges are added, the final cost is considerably higher. At those prices, you expect attention to detail, professionalism and genuinely outstanding hospitality.
Unfortunately, we experienced none of that consistently.
Nobu has the name, the branding and the price tag of a luxury hotel, but the actual service we experienced fell dramatically short.
Luxury is not about a fancy name or beautiful interiors. It is about service, communication, attention to detail and making guests feel genuinely looked after.
On those basics, Nobu Marrakech has a lot of work to do.
Narjis & the entire staff was wonderful! The rooftop bar was excellent. Solid gym & spa facilities! Great location...& obviously being attached to the Nobu restaurant is a big attraction. Thank you Narjis for your hospitality!
I will definitely be back & hope to see Narjis & the staff again!
Wonderful staff, ready to serve at all times and in all departments. Our stay in Marrakech has been unforgettable as a whole and especially by Nobu’s team members.
