Nice hotel in the city Marrakech.

Loved this place. Room was big, modern and clean. Staff and hotel really great.pool area on roof lovely Friends were in the four seasons opposite but I thought this hotel was just as good. Service and concierge helpful and friendly!
Started well, finish Badly
cut a long story short, missed out flight to Agadir, ended up in Marrakech next day, started off great. the lady behind the desk helping us to book activities while we were in Marrakech bit over priced but you pay hotel prices fair enough, hotel was clean very lovely to be honest (only stayed a night), next day we had booked activities air balloon, Nikki beach, quad bikes and camel ride. we was suppose to be out the room by 12 but because of doing the activities we was allowed to be out of our room by 6pm. we didn't realise that getting from Nikki beach to the quads/camel ride was a long way away, plus the quads took a hour half did not get on the camels as it got very late and was pitch black, the taxi driver who was assigned to us for the day kept on insisting he was going to take us back to Nikki beach. we kept on about you have to take us back to the hotel this is where we started it all from after arguing with him, then him talking to his boss and our hotel he after about another 30 minutes decided to take us dropping us at the other end of the promenade. time we got back was about 9pm. we managed to get our stuff out as a taxi was waiting to take us to Agadir, when we checked out the reception they wanted us to pay another 800 Dinah. we explained the women that was off booked all these trips. she is the one that booked all these late activities Nikki beach. Quads Camels . they kept insisting we pay this money. my partner got so annoyed and said well call the police see what they have to say. mention of the police bought a different attitude from reception, we just left, paying nothing, totally spoiled everything, would we go back NEVER
Great location and seamless service
This is one of the best hotel experiences I had. Everything was perfect from the day I arrived, throughout my stay until check out. The staff are very friendly and Sukaina has been phenomenal in making sure my stay is seamless and smooth.
Great experience is a clean hotel
We atayed me and my wife in this hotel for 3 nights. Look from the arrival to departure everything was great. Quick check-in with a nice gesture from the receptionist for an upgrade. Public area floor is very clean room is modern and highly cleaned. Housekeeping were friendly and doing a wonderful job. Highly recommended.
