Air condition is fixed on hot mode despite it show cold and hot in control unit, when claimed to reception staff he starts arguing and said its the request of clients in the hotel !! that was first in my lifetime to recieve an answer like that and that a guest controls hotel rooms!! of course that was nonsense of your staff and a very bold fooling a client.

Room was too hot too noisy if window open.

No toilet tissues, no enough towls, no remote control of TV, bathroom light wont turn off!! We had to pull the card from slot to disconnect electricity from room!!
Short marrakech break
This is a great value hotel - the beds were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also - definitely go for the breakfast!! Pool is clean and great for a cool off and a swim. We very much enjoyed our stay. Titos restaurant nearby is also a must !
Good inexpensive hotel away from the old town
Stayed for three nights whilst in Marrakech for business; Relax are a chain of budget friendly hotels similar to Ibis in style and concept. The hotel is located in a modern part of Marrakech some distance away from the old centre, making it easy to get to by car. The room was a good size and very clean with a powerful shower, and comfortable bed. WIFI was available in the room and worked well for me. The room had air con, which worked fairly well (given that the temperature outside was up to 50˚C). The hotel has a nice small pool behind it that also helped to keep cool.
The bar / restaurant didn’t seem to open much during my stay; however there is a large Marjane hypermarket across the road which has a number of cafes to choose from. Overall, I recommend this for anyone looking for inexpensive accommodation away from the old city.
Inexpensive and ordinary
I had a good sleep at the Relax Hotel, but it was nothing to write home about. Good clean room. There is no light switch for the bathroom so it comes on every time you walk near the bathroom. In my case it malfunctioned so a maintenance man came to fix it. No big deal. Breakfast included, not interesting.
Plenty of outlets and restaurants nearby including a large grocery store.
We enjoyed staying there
It was great , very friendly staff and a great location. Just in front of Marjane square so it is vert easy to reach the center. The room was clean the only problem was the swimming pool. It was dirty and nobody could get in
