This Moroccan guesthouse is located in the heart of the old Medina, featuring a swimming pool on the terrace. It's a short distance from Marrakech's historic sites, including Bahia Palace, Dar Si Said, and the Saadian Tombs. Jamaa Lafna Square is 200 meters away, while restaurants, bars, and clubs are within a 10-20 minute walk. Medina shops are a mere 10-minute stroll away. Bab Doukala bus station is a 15-minute drive, and parking is 100 meters from the guesthouse. The air-conditioned guesthouse offers 16 comfortable rooms equipped with essential amenities. Guests can enjoy a 24-hour check-out service, a safe, a café, a restaurant, and room and laundry services. Additional amenities include a bar, a modern TV lounge, and a traditional Moroccan hammam. The vast, flowered terrace offers magnificent views of the Atlas Mountains and the Medina. Rooms feature air conditioning and private bathrooms with showers and WCs. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with parasols, unwind in the steam bath, and indulge in massage treatments. The guesthouse chef prepares excellent Moroccan dishes tailored to guests' preferences, served on the open-air terrace or covered patio for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Riad Les Oliviers is an incredibly welcoming, peaceful and charming riad, right in the heart of bustling Marrakech. The moment you step inside, you leave the hustle and bustle of the souks behind and enter a wonderful oasis of tranquillity.
The beautiful inner courtyards, with their gently trickling fountains, create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. At around ten in the evening, the fountains are switched off, and complete peace and quiet settles over the riad.
The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and genuinely interested in their guests. You never feel like just another room number, but like a truly welcome guest. Breakfast is a delight every morning: delicious and lovingly prepared.
An extra treat is the riad's own hammam, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A wonderful experience that made our stay even more special.
What we will remember most is the combination of genuine hospitality, personal attention and the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day full of impressions and adventures in Marrakech.

A wonderful place to stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The spa treatments were amazing. Lovely food and a really relaxed atmosphere. It was so close to everything.
Great location and easy to navigate back to. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. Look out for the resident tortoises. We ate at the restaurant one night & it was lovely. Staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we return.

What an incredible place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the amazing staff, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and genuine hospitality made our holiday even more special.
The riad is a true oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech. After the excitement of the souks and busy streets, it was the perfect tranquil retreat to return to. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it easy to completely unwind.
The food was outstanding—every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge bonus in the Marrakech heat, and the pool was ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
We loved every minute of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
