This was our 2nd stay at the Allegro, our 1st being the same time last year. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff especially Nour and Dohou in the restaurant. The food is excellent and the hotel is clean throughout. The gardens are lovely and kept to a very high standard. This not a 5 star hotel and maybe a little dated but the whole ambience of the place more than make up for this. The all inclusive drinks could be better, they can be a bit boring after a while. The pool is very good and the sunbeds have all been replaced and there is an adequate number. The hotel has a private beach a 5 minute walk away with loads of sunbeds and umbrellas. I can highly recommend the Allegro for a family holiday and we will definitely be returning for a 3rd stay, loads of guests we met have also visited multiple times.
Such a lovely and welcoming hotel All the staff are kind, funny and attentive to all. Lovely hotel to bring children too as well and the activities team are exceptional. Adnan and the entertainment team have gone above and beyond on this trip.
Had a great holiday at Allegro! Fantastic facilities, food was great and staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend :)
Hotel was nice enough, but food was awful as was the drinks, watered down spirits and not good cocktails but I suppose you get what you pay for, last minute cheap deal
Quite disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived at around 11am we were told to return to reception after 1230 to get a wristband for our all inclusive stay. Then return at 3pm to check in. We had to find a shop nearby to get drinks and a snack, as the bar at the reception refused to serve us. First room allocated was in block 2, air conditioning didn’t work, room had a very strong damp smell. The reception staff gave us another room on the ground level of the same block. The air conditioning was again poor, dripping on the floor. Room was not so hot and the damp smell wasn’t as bad. I mentioned this to reception and they offered to change the room again the following day however after talking to other guests the issue were being had with everyone so we remained in the room. The room was not cleaned very well and I had to use a towel to clean the floor as it felt gritty underfoot. It was very low standard of cleaning. I was quite horrified when I looked under the bed! The shower was very poor due to lack of water pressure. I took the shower head off and cleaned it this helped a little. Unfortunately there was also a lack of warm water so we had to have daily cold showers. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic, friendly and helpful however we did feel that they were struggling to cope with the amount of guests. It was difficult to get a table for 2 in a shaded area and often the food was finished when we went to get some. The food was ok, the standard as expected. The bars had long queues in the evenings and there was a lack of comfortable chairs. I would not agree that this hotel is 4 star. We will definitely return to Agidir but not to this hotel.
