Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel in particular with the food and drinks. Food in main buffet was repetitive and lukewarm warm. The two Al a carte restaurants are nothing more than alternative buffets. The food in the Moroccan al a carte was absolutely disgusting so we left after eating a very small amount. We went to the Asian on two occasions the 7pm sitting and 9pm. On each day the food was exactly the same. I was appalled by the actions of the chef/cooks at the 9pm sitting. It was clear that some of the dishes were just what was left over from the 7pm sitting as in some dishes there was very little meat just sauce. What was even worse was that even before customers had finished eating, in fact almost from the start the chef/cooks were filling up their own plates to either eat the food themselves or wrap up and take away into the kitchen. When we asked for an item to be refilled we were told there wasn’t any. Choice of drinks is also very limited. Pre made cocktails that come out of the same machine so sometimes all taste the same. Not 4 star. TUI really need to revisit the star quality of this hotel, other than the location and grounds it is a 3 star hotel at best.
Hotel was very good, very spacious, 3 big adult swimming pools,1 kids pool , restaurants had plenty of food and choice during breakfast and lunch time, evening meal could be a bit chaotic but food was excellent, staff were friendly and very helpful, rooms lovely and big, location was perfect 1 minute walk to hotel beach, short walk to shops and bars , also had two other restaurants 1 Moroccan and 1 Korean, all in all very good, as was Agadir Morocco
So I am normally wait until the end of my holiday to write up a fair and honest review. However not even 24 hours into my 10 night stay I have already encountered a problem which I have seen raised in previous reviews. That issue being ants and cockroaches in our room. It’s ridiculous the amount that there are and I am far from happy with this. I am yet to raise this with the hotel. The food is mediocre at best. The cocktails are awful. A 4 star hotel should not be serving pre made cocktails and adding ice. The floor tiles around the pool area are extremely sticky. I am currently laying here in the hotel bed which is like a rock. I normally like to write a nice review to show the hotel in a good light but unfortunately not even a day in and I am having to write this. Also I would never normally write anything like this or complain. I hope this helps. Tui really needs to review this hotel and the hotel management need to get a grip of the repeated issues raised as it’s not just a one off. I have attached screenshots of my videos which does not show the ant issue in its full extent but unfortunately unable to upload the video.
So arrived late evening . All closed up and no food . I don't count 5 biscuits in room as a snack.
So day one not so bad . Breakfast seemed ok but every day they burn the bacon . Food is st best luke warm and repetitive every day .
Easy to book the two restaurants. But never seen mashed potato in a Chinese.
Staff as a rule very polite . Would say the girls in pool area bar would be the most polite though.
Walkways at night a little dark so beware of the uneven pstgz

And the upper terrace area why is the furniture have that sticky feel (white napkins pic is when I wiped around door fram in hallway in room )
Really in need of some attention and makeover to fet it to a 4 star
After stopping at the sister hotel last year Takida beach this hotel is a strp above
And there they embrace there two local cats . Here they are treated like vermin
Hotel tip
Put a box out for us tourists to drop out left over holiday money . Nueter the cats . Flea and worm them and use them as a holiday maker draw . Us brits love animals
Oh finally TUI when did you last inspect this hotel
We have just returned from this hotel and were not impressed with the food in the main dining room ,it was greasy and not enough of English food ,there was nothing for children .Lunchtime in the snack bar - not enough snacks bits . The entertainment team work hard and were always trying to get guests involved. The rooms very tired and need updating, The pool areas are the best part of this hotel and the closeness to the beach. I wouldn’t rush to return to this hotel . The overall problem for us with this hotel was the food. We have been a Riu in Marrakesh and it was a much better experience
