Definitely was not worth the money. The pool and grounds where well taken care of. The buildings, rooms and restaurants have shown there age and are poorly maintained...
The furniture in our room was beat up, the air conditioning did not keep the room cool by the fourth day it leaked water all over the floor. The toilet handle was broke the first day we got there. There where ants in our bathroom. We really didn’t get any directions on how the restaurants worked the first night we showed up to eat and where told we needed reservations; even though there where tables available we could not be seated. We learned from another couple we needed to make them in the morning and we should do it for the week. The housekeeping staff seemed angered if you weren’t out of your room when they came to clean. The restaurant staff was slow and unprepared at times; the breakfast buffet we went to was out of food early and took long to replenish. The whole resort lacked personal to make this a 5star stay.I have stayed at other resorts that cost less and had a way better experience. I would not go back to this resort and would tell friends/family to go elsewhere.
