Mango Bay is ideal for those seeking the convenience of an all-inclusive beach vacation combined with the personal and friendly service of a small intimate resort. An Optional Daily Tourism Fee of $2 (fee subject to change) is payable by guest upon check-in. All-Inclusive Package includes: Full Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner; All drinks, including house wine with meals. Exceptions are champagne, specialty wines and bottled water. (Guests must be at least 18 years old to be served alcohol); Weekly Mango Bay cocktail party; Nightly live music; Watersports: waterskiing, hobie-cat sailing, paddle boat, snorkeling and kayaking; Complimentary scuba lesson in swimming pool; One cruise on catamaran to snorkel with turtles per guest per stay; One glass bottom boat ride per guest per stay; Pool and beach service by beach ambassador; Complimentary WiFi in public areas only; Use of Mini Gym; Taxes and other service charges. Early departures will be charged the full amount of original reservation. Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge of $100 (fee subject to change).

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

I have travelled to many different hotels and destinations and never witnessed such shocking shambles of a hotel what lets the hotel down the most is the beach the Caribbean Sea after all what do you go to the Caribbean for if not to swim in the beautiful Caribbean water the hotel has a river running at the side back of hotel which releases filthy toilet water straight in to the sea right in front of your Sunlounger The hotel put up red flags to stop you going into the water as it is a danger to life ‘ also because of this the mosquitoes are in their thousands I have mosquito bites all over. They can’t make a cocktail you have nowhere to sit the rooms are dirty , just makes you miserable we hired a car to look around the island and it was beautiful River run offs from Mountain to beaches clean with no problem . Tui are nowhere to be seen there is no rep available I’ve complained with an email it says email box is not monitored I’ve tried all different Ways to complain with no help at all tui you should be ashamed The way you are treating your customers is appalling ...

If you are booking a holiday you might as well book your own flights your own hotel because the end of the day we booked through tui for your support and help and there isn’t any . So I give the star rating of the hotel a two star I give Tui A one star

We visited mango bay as a couple, this was our 3rd visit to Barbados but our 1st to mango bay. It was an unusual holiday because of covid restrictions but like everyone else in the world this hotel is trying it’s best . Our deluxe room overlooking the sea was good, we had a few issues with the room but we informed management & the issues we had were rectified promptly...

The restaurant service can be frustratingly slow at times but hey, we made it to Barbados. There was a curfew in place but this is not the hotel’s decision. We found the majority of the hotel staff really helpful. A very big thanks to Ronald for helping me to arrange a special birthday meal for my wife. Also Pool & beach attendant Damien, what a star you are, thank you.

Lovely staff good food

Some people just can't be pleased. The Mango Bay Hotel is fabulous place to stay. All of the staff are really helpful and friendly particularly Danielle who looked after us for breakfast but all of the staff are very hardworking and can't do enough for you. The bar staff are funny and the reception staff are always there helping you with every need. Even housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and if anything goes wrong they fix it in a jiffy. The food is good and there is always a good choice of well prepared dishes...

Not everyone can be pleased all the time but mainly these are people who shouldn't leave their home if they don't like trying local dishes. The chef here does the best Macaroni Pie. There are some queues occasionally for meals but during this pandemic that is only to be expected. This Hotel has done an amazing job of operating through COVID restrictions and keeping us a safe as possible. As I write this I am still here at the Hotel and just can't believe what some people find to complain about. I will have to write another review to name so many outstanding members of staff but really they all work so very hard and sometimes are just not appreciated. It would be nice for Hotel management to talk to all of their staff and let them know that many of us guest do appreciate their efforts.

Lovely time 💖

We booked for 10 nights and I can honestly say I have had an amazing holiday here. People of Barbados have welcomed us with open arms. Always met with a smile and someone always has a piece of advise or a story about local area (even if it’s not always strictly true🤣)...

While I agree with some points made by the 1 star reviews I think things need to be put in perspective.

I’ve been embarrassed by some of the behaviour I’ve witnessed by the British this week. Manners cost nothing. Simple please and thank you goes a long way and it’s the least you can do when people bring you food and drink!

We have all needed to live with COVID restrictions, from whatever country we come from and I think people need to accept there will be delays and things will be done differently. Yes there could be some changes made to ensure smooth running of restaurant. I can see that management accept constructive criticism and are working to change things. The staff are working tirelessly to keep guests, themselves and their family safe, give them a break. They are working within restrictions that are forever changing.

We are in a deluxe room which we were kindly upgraded to on arrival. It is a little basic for 4 star but functional. Who comes to Barbados to sit in their room all day?! It is cleaned everyday. The towels are renewed everyday (sometimes the towels didn’t arrive until 3-4 pm which is fine). Fridge in room was for the most part restocked. Sometimes Ive had to ask, but its always done swiftly. Bed is lovely and big and comfortable.

Evening entertainment I feel is appropriate for the mood of the hotel. The singers are great. Interactive and take some requests. Lots of lovely bars outside the hotel if that’s your thing.

Staff are amazing. Always wishing you a good morning and asking about your day or plans. Always willing to go out of their way for you and try and accommodate your requests to the best of their ability. I want to thank each and every one of you. You are and have made our holiday special. You are a credit to the hotel.
