RIU Palace Jamaica

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Loved how close it was from the airport, only a 15 minute transfer. Check in was quick and the reception staff were attentive and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. Rooms were large and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard and the cleaning staff even decorated our room for my husbands 50th birthday, which was very kind and appreciated. The heart of this hotel is definitely the staff. Every single one made an effort to make us welcome. I especially want to thank Donesha from the buffet restaurant, she made our meal time so special every day, she went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met and always had the biggest smile to greet us, she is a credit to the hotel… Also a big shout out to Shana who bought us drinks everyday on the beach, she even remembered all of our names and always engaged in conversation. How can I forget the entertainment team, deniro, Astro and shakira are all fabulous and kept us engaged and laughing the whole duration of our stay. Legends!!! The restaurants are all really good too, we ate in 3 of the Ala carte’s, Krystal was our favourite but the food and service in all the restaurants was top notch, can’t fault any of them. The RIU parties are amazing, we enjoyed the neon, white and foam parties while were there and had an unforgettable time. I cannot reccomend this total enough and I’m sure after their refurbishment it will only be even better!! Thank you RIU Jamaica palace!!

This hotel is just the best, from the moment you arrive till you leave your treated like kings and queens, we checked in online,which was so easy to do, reception staff were just so helpful and friendly, the rooms are lovely and clean, lady who did our room, always did a fantastic job, we were in room 2013, the bar staff were the best, guy behind the bar was always so happy, and made the best drinks, waiting on staff couldn't do enough, jamila was just lovely, I wish I got the others names, but to say you have the best working for you is a understatement, we went the Italian, krysal, zen, and steakhouse, all were excellent, and as I don't eat meat, they did vegetarian for me. Again here team were amazing, main restaurant was lovely ,we were made to feel so special Dishawn was our waitress and she was the best, it's second time visiting this hotel, and we will be back, can't wait to see it after the refurbishment, also entertainment team were just great, always had time for a little chat, not forgetting bar team at the beach, they were great too, Vanessa so happy, plus the guy was great as well, overall you all made our holiday perfect, so thank you, sorry if missed anyone off, but just know you're all fantastic
