Overpriced & appalling customer service - Avoid at all costs
Beyond disappointing - booked one of the honeymoon suites which felt more like a corporate hotel room with no decor or style. From prior to arriving, throughout our stay and for the four weeks since returning the Customer Services has been THE WORST I have ever experienced - fail to reply to emails, calls, messages, unhelpful when onsite and fail to sort an issues, which were many. So overpriced, food appalling and too many rude staff - tried to salvage our trip by trying to sort out issues which resulted in having to have multiple meetings with staff (not what you want when on holiday!!) and no understanding of why things were wrong. Never experienced such poor service especially when our trip cost well over $5000 - have had better service, rooms and without question food, in 3/4 star resorts.
Will absolutely be recommending to all friends and contacts that they avoid this resort at all costs to save them experiencing the same stress and disappointment we have. Excellence this is not - a huge shame.

Beautiful, relaxing resort
I wanted to give this resort 5 stars, as the resort and facilities are beautiful and service staff is super. The location is fabulous, and there is plenty of space to find a spot to relax.
However, 6 days before our arrival I received an email stating our reservation had been canceled. Upon calling the resort, I was told my room would not be available for my stay and they could rebook me into another room type, which was really nothing like my original. I booked it as a last resort, and was able to change to a more preferred room type the day before our arrival, and called to confirm that it was available for the duration of our stay. I was assured it was. Upon arrival, we were informed our room was NOT available that night, and we would have to move rooms the next day. The AC in our room the first night did not work properly, and it was a downgrade from our booked room. There was no compensation for the inconvenience nor the AC issue. We received an adjustment of $87 to meet the downgraded room rate. We were told they would "talk to the manager" multiple times regarding the room situation. We never heard anything back.
In summary, the resort, location and facilities are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our time while there. But don't expect much assistance if there is an issue with your room booking. That area of service is severely lacking.

One of the best all inclusives I’ve been to
The staff at Excellence Oyster Bay are amazing. From the General Manager Mr. Francis to the check-in staff (Sherica), the guys at the front who are very accommodating and the spa staff (Deago and Melohdi). I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back.

Excellent staff service. Beautiful resort with amazing views. The welcome when arriving was very pleasant. Restaurants were excellent! The bathroom could be a little more private.

Excellence Club Junior Suite Ocean Front
This resort has in every way been worth the trip. The upgrade to the Excellence Club is definitely worth it! The performers are extremely talented and it’s apparent that dancing and preforming is their passion. They’re also super sweet and personable people. The room service is top tier. Our rooms are always ready when we come back for either the day or the night with fresh towels ready for us and the bed made accordingly to the time of day. The rooms are also always super clean. The staff are also wonderful people who truly portray the welcomeness and proud culture of the Jamaica people. This is a beautiful place to spend some time and relax! The room was very nice. Fully stocked fridge that gets restocked daily. They even have turn down service for your bed in the evening. So many food options makes it easy to find a delicious meal any time of day. The Kitchen Table and Zenith restaurants may have been our favs. I love that the pool had an active side with game/activity options and a quiet side that needed less social interaction; just whatever your vibe was for the day. The beach is beautiful and very easy to access. The Excellence Club is top notch with all the extra attention to detail. Our kayaking experience with Rick was very personable. We also loved Chad who was there for our party when one of our family members had a medical issue. We also loved the classes Chad taught, he is very knowledgeable and personable. Steffon met us when we first arrived and set the tone for our memorable experience.
