Amazing!
The absolute best!!! The team that takes care of the villas were incredible. Orrett, Trudy-Ann, Alex, Kimona, Ricardo, and Omar went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and accommodated the entire stay. World class service! The villas offered a peaceful and private setting that created the perfect atmosphere. Everything was very clean and the amenities were endless. Shout out to Zodia at the hydrotherapy spa, very positive and uplifting.
Beach Villa 4
My wife and I just returned from a 7 night stay at the resort. We were in Beach Villa 4 and it was absolutely amazing. The villa sits directly on the beach, has a private pool and incredible butler service. We have stayed at many resorts offering butler service and this experience surpasses all of the others. The butlers we very timely, friendly and anticipated our need. My wife wakes up early even on vacation and we had coffee and fresh fruit delivered to the room at 6:15 sharp every morning (even though the butler did not officially start until 7am. The in room bottle service and mini bar refills we done daily as well. As soon as a bottle of Grey Goose would get to half empty, another magically appeared in the room. The resort was very clean, the beach was cleaned and raked every morning at 7am. They were at 80% capacity not but was still very quiet and never seemed crowded. If you crave a quiet resort with amazing butler service and can swing the price of the Villas do not pass this resort up!

Excellence is just the beginning.
Excellence may be written on the building… but true excellence flows within the staff. Every single member of the resort staff follows a standard set by Martin.
Excellence is the standard. The base. A base exceeded in every form and fashion by the experience, camaraderie and fellowship exhibited by the resort.
The pools and beach are pristine (obviously). The food and drinks are plenty (obviously). But value… true value is delivered by personal experience and attention to detail. None delivered higher than Martin and his staff.
Martin opened The Sports Bar for our Fantasy Football draft and in 9 years of travels, we have never felt more welcomed, doted on, and served than at the Excellence at Oyster Bay,

Exceptional
Phenomenal experience, all the staff was more excellent. Martin, Jesse, Augustus were like family.
