My experience at ocean coral cliff has been amazing. The staff are excellent (top tier service), the food is amazing as well. I also celebrated my mom’s birthday dinner at the privilege restaurant. My server Sheridene was very polite and friendly. She gave my mom and I excellent service. Anne Marie was very helpful too and ensured we were okay. She kept checking on us. Thank you all for a wonderful weekend.
Our stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Jamaica was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the entire resort delivered an exceptional vacation experience, but what truly set this place apart was the remarkable level of care, kindness, and hospitality from the team. As parents traveling with an autistic daughter, finding a place where our child feels safe, understood, and truly welcomed means everything to us. The staff at Ocean Coral Spring were exceptionally gentle, patient, and humble toward our daughter. Their warm attitudes and genuine kindness made a world of difference for our family and allowed us to relax completely. A very special shout-out goes to Kerrol at the pool bar! Kerrol was an absolute standout—his service was top-notch, and he blew us away by remembering our favorite drink orders every single time. Beyond his phenomenal efficiency, his positive energy and vibrant personality brought so much joy to our poolside days. Thank you to the entire Ocean Coral Spring team for your beautiful Jamaican hospitality and for taking such wonderful care of our family. We cannot wait to return!
The experience was absolutely fantastic i have no complaints i am extremely satisfied with the service at Ocean Coral Spring. Kerrol at the pool bar was extremely friendly, respectful and always looked out for me as a solo traveller. He checked in on me throughout my time at the pool to ensure that I was ok. He made me feel like family. I cant wait to be back with my family.
