My wife, Shaneka, and I recently enjoyed a vacation at Royalton Blue Waters in Jamaica, and I would be doing a disservice if I didn't take a moment to publicly recognize two remarkable young ladies: Calisa and Mikiayla.
From their beautiful smiles to their warm, welcoming personalities, these ladies represented the very best of Jamaican hospitality.
Calisa made a lasting impression on us with her friendliness, professionalism, and wonderful attitude. She has the kind of personality that makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. Her positive energy and hospitality deserve recognition.
Mikiayla was equally impressive. Her pleasant demeanor, genuine smile, and welcoming spirit contributed to the enjoyable atmosphere we experienced. She represented herself and the resort exceptionally well.
What I appreciated most was that both ladies made our experience feel personal rather than simply transactional. Their warmth and kindness helped make our time in Jamaica memorable.

We loved the kids club for our two girls, always great activities, wonderful and warm staff caring for our kids who love arts and crafts and doing fun things. We loved Rushana and Henrietta so much!
Latoya and Julian were are butlers, and they were outstanding!!!
We had a great time, upon checking in the bell man Sylvester was great, took our luggage and then to the room giving us orientation on the resort and room. The girls at the lobby bar was excellent, especially Calisa, omg she remembered my favorite drink and even introduced me to another way to make the drink and I loved her way better. The food at the Italian and buffet needs improving however the room service food was great and the service is from the room service team was amazing. I appreciate everyone who made my birthday memorable. The decorations on the door and in the room did it for me. Thanks again and we will be back.
