Saint Lucia, Caribbean

The hotel is located in Malabar Beach, near to a small airport for domestic traffic, which means aircraft noise can be heard at times. The transfer time from the international airport is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

This resort for couples is set on three acres of tropical gardens. The piano bar stays open until the last couple wishes to leave. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a hairdressing salon, restaurant, WLAN Internet access (fees apply) and a car park.

All rooms and suites in this hotel are air-conditioned and furnished in a Caribbean style, with bright colours and natural rattan furniture or wood. All rooms have private patios or balconies facing the tropical gardens or the Caribbean. Rooms have four poster beds, sometimes accompanied by a thin mosquito net. There is also a marble-accented en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, mood lighting, a CD player, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone, radio, Internet access, an in-room safe and an ironing set.

The hotel offers weekly golf practice sessions and lessons as well as tennis, volleyball and archery tournaments. The property has two swimming pools and guests may also take part in an aerobics session, relax in the sauna or work out in the gym. Watersports options include waterskiing, diving (for certified divers only), windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing and sailing.

Caribbean Delight!

We are seven days in to a 21-day stay at this wonderful resort. Our cottage on the beach is very comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. The staff are extremely friendly and very courteous. Nothing is too much trouble! There are always sun beds available on the beach, and around the swim-up-bar the spa pools. The lazy river is a tranquil oasis. Drinks and fruit kebabs appear at your sun bed as if by magic. What more could you ask for? The food is great in the three themed restaurants. The Malabar Beach Club eatery is our favourite. Although, the chocolate fondant in the Thyme restaurant is to die for! Don’t worry… the journey from the airport to the hotel is fine. The roads are windy but there is lots to see en route.

Just back from this gem of a resort

StolenTime is an idyllic resort, right on the beach with lush gardens, beautiful pools and fabulous bars and restaurants. We had an amazing holiday there.
The two elements that stood out for us particularly were the service and the food. The service is absolutely amazing, every member os staff was friendly, polite and always ready for a chat, it was truly the best service I have ever experienced. And the food in all three restaurants was amazing, so fresh and such a fantastic range. We had a mixture of total relaxation and some activity. We played tennis, went to Pilates and Stretch classes, used the gym, went sailing, snorkelling and kayaking - all great.
There is a real mix of places to hang out, the Lazy River is full of little hideaways where you can be alone on a huge sun lounger. The spa pool is surrounded by loungers and a hot tub. The swim up bar pool is bigger and more sociable. Then there's the enormous beach with ample sun loungers and shade, we tried them all and they didn't disappoint. Our room was a garden view room, which is the cheapest option and it was lovely. The bed was huge, and very comfortable and we had a nice big balcony with bouganvillea growing around it and lots of bird to keep us amused. The bathroom was adequate, but perhaps a little dated. Don't be put off by the proximity of the airport. It only services local flights and there are about 5-7 a day and each plane flying over lasts 20 seconds, it really isn't a big deal. It reminded me of the sea planes taking off in the Maldives. I would highly recommend this resort, you can make your holiday into whatever you want, pure relaxation or lots of activity, StolenTime provides it all.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at The Stolen Time St Lucia. This is a small hotel which provides a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, the staff are discreet but attentive when needed.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, whilst the gardens and grounds are extremely well kept. The 3 restaurants offered al-a-carte dining apart from a couple of nights when the main restaurant was buffet. We booked the French restaurant and beach restaurant several times during our stay without any problems. We lunched in the main restaurant and the Beach restaurant which was very popular, and all the food was excellent with a good choice. There is a wonderful beach, and we were always able to find a sunbed without having to get up early! The beach extends for approx. 2 miles which is great for a walk. The Hotel is next to a small airport but only a few small planes a day which did not in anyway distract from our holiday.

Overall, this is a fantastic well run hotel which provides excellent service in all areas. A special thanks to Liz and Eric in the Beach bar who looked after us to well. We can’t wait to return to this Hotel.

Thanks to all the staff which made for a fantastic holiday.

Superb

Everything was perfect from the moment we set foot in the hotel. The welcome on arrival set the tone for the rest of our stay - all of the staff were friendly, polite and focused on ensuring we enjoyed ourselves. Our beachfront room was great - comfortable, well equiped, and always well cleaned and re-stocked with tea, coffee, towels etc. The beach is beautiful. There are plenty of loungers, parasols etc so no need for a morning dash to bag places - although of course you still get those that do. Beach service with water, fruit, drinks was delivered with a smile. The swimming pools are lovely, again with lots of loungers, parasols, natural shade. The hotel is set in beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Food and drink were high quality and delicious. Well prepared and with a good variety of choices. Each of the 3 restaurants had it's own style so we didn't feel anything was getting repetitive. We will be back.

Fantastic break for some Winter sun

The staff and service culture are second to none. The facilities, food and daily activities were all excellent! Pillow menu was added bonus. Only small negative was the all inclusive wines weren’t great and add on excursions seemed quite expensive but all in all would definitely recommend.
