The hotel is located directly on the beach, 10 minutes from the nightlife of Rodney Bay and 25 minutes north of Castries and the local airport, whilst Hewanorra International Airport is about 75 minutes away by car.

This new luxurious beachfront development, located in the peaceful setting of Reduit Beach, includes a hotel with elegant and spacious accommodation units, private homes and a marina. The establishment offers 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, restaurant, WLAN Internet access and a car park.

Each residence enjoys a waterfront terrace as well as spacious interiors and world-class finishes, materials and appliances such as exotic wood finishes, imported tile and stone and luxurious fixtures and furnishings. Rooms feature a DVD player, air conditioning and a coffee / tea maker. Depending on their needs, guests can ask for towels / bedding and wake-up extras. The rooms also have other advantages such as clock radios, ironing sets and slippers. All units are equipped with an LCD television with premium channels. Guests may store their valuables in their in-room safe. The main amenities for business travellers are a multi-line telephone and desk. Importantly, all rooms have balconies. The kitchens are equipped with a microwave, fridge and cooking utensils. The en suite bathrooms have a hydro-massage tub, separate bath and shower and bathroom scales. An in-room massage service and maid service are provided. Access to the rooms is by exterior corridors. Additional beds are available.

With a tennis club, 7 swimming pools including those outdoors, a health club, a gym, a hot tub and a spa offering massages, the hotel is the ideal place to rejuvenate. Parasols have been laid out for use.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

A Nightmare at Landing If you plan on staying at the Landings These are some things you NEED TO KNOW

Travel: This hotel is about 2 hrs away from UVF airport. Hotel provides transportation Cost approximately $200 round trip (we are a group of 3)

Arrival Pros:Hotel is beautiful. View is beautiful Rooms are very spacious...

The people are nice.

Arrival Cons: The TVs don’t work and the ones that do are extremely staticky. Our hotel room had a plunge pool the lights didn’t work so it was pitch black outside. They did accommodate us by switching us to another room on the 3rd floor (the elevators didn’t work) tv was still messed up. These may seem like minor issues but when a hotel policy is to CONFINE GUEST TO ROOM for 1-3 days pending results. You’d care if things work!! There is also a 9pm curfew.

Room service is expensive!! We racked up a bill of $700 just being in here. The food is halfway decent ( but maybe I was just hungry). They also charge delivery fees that is voided if you are a quarantined room. If you opt out for a cheaper option know that it is a 24hr period for you to receive your groceries. (You can not get them yourself if quarantine) Oh and if the hotel messes up your grocery list there is NO REFUND. There is so much that has gone wrong at this place I honestly feel like I was scammed!!! Unfortunately this is the only information I can provide since I am still confined to my room.

WARNING ⚠️ If you are NOT VACCINATED or everyone in your travel group is not vaccinated PLEASE RECONSIDER your stay at this hotel! Especially if its a SHORT STAY!! Example: 4-5 days

Please be advised Upon arrival you will have to take a PCR test that you will not get back in 24-48 hrs. Also when leaving you must take another covid test that cost $139.

Side note rant (can skip): The arrival PCR makes no sense since you literally have 5 days to take PCT and upload to st Lucia website to be accepted if negativity results. So to have to come here and do it again is stupid. Then they provide both types of test... So you’d think for the guest with shorter stays they’d have us take the quicker test.. WRONG!!! Yea I was scammed bro.

For me this is day 3. We arrived Thursday evening today is Saturday around noon time. We leave on Monday morning and still no results!!!! This is honestly my worst vacation experience. To know I worked so hard to have an enjoyable end of summer vacation to only end up spending it inside a room. If you choose to stay I here I hope you have a wonderful vacation but this was definitely not the hotel for me!!

Please note: This is the ONLY hotel in ST Lucia that REQUIRES guest to take PCR test (it’s something I wish I’d known so I am passing this info along)

Poor communication and Covid response

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay for couples however for families with children I’m not sure. It is pretty quite with nice scenery. The food is not the greatest...

Our family vacation was ruined because we were told that our children had to stay in their room for 24-48 hours to quarantine upon arrival and taking the pcr test again even though we were told prior over the phone that they would be fine as long as they arrived with a negative test. Our children stayed in the room a whole day miserable until we decided to check out and go to another resort which had rapid Covid test on site and more family activities. Cost us additional money that we didn’t plan on spending with The landing resort not wanting to provide a refund for the inconvenience and miscommunication. Glad we left.

Not ideal for families traveling with children older than 5 during pandemic. Good service.

I will be back to update this review. The staff we have come in contact with have all Gone out of their way to accommodate us. They are extremely friendly and kind...

However If you are traveling w kids older than 5 please be sure to know they will need to be tested upon arrival (regardless of you bringing a negative PCR test with you) and will be asked to stay in the room until results are back from the lab 24-48 hours. And per our experience thus far it is definitively not 24 hours. For kids that are already filled with anxiety due Covid it is not ideal.

The hotel should alert families of this when they first book especially since at the time of booking you provide the age of the children.

I have been calling the nurses station and the labs and was able to get a hold to the lab before the nurse. Today I was told I would have news before 8pm and that never happened.

If you are coming for an extended stay the wait may be ok - But if like us you are coming for a few days spending two days in the room is probably not an ideal vacation or use of time.

Had a great time, lovely people in general and great set up.

Just got back from an overall great stay at the hotel. Hotel is a good 1-1.5 hours from the airport but is ideally located in terms of access to the beach and local excursions. Went with my family and 2 friends for a well-deserved break and to celebrate my 50th birthday and 24th wedding anniversary. Overall, the staff are really friendly, with a warm smile and friendly greeting each time you see them...

Special shout-outs to Gregg, all the staff at the front desk, cleaners and most of the staff at the beach restaurant especially Aran at the beach bar, your hospitality and kindness was most welcomed. From a development point of view (and based on having stayed at Beaches Resort) some areas where you could improve are: • Making it more clear on your website that due to Covid restrictions not all the restaurants are open, menus are limited, and the guest gym only has very limited equipment • Would have been nice for you to do something for my wife on my wedding anniversary – I did ask you twice and was told it was sorted but nothing was done • Teaching Falvia to repeat meal orders as she constantly got the order wrong, fish served instead of chicken (could have caused some serious issues if my wife had an allergy to fish), and saying jerk sauce is not available when you are able to make Jerk Fish or Jerk Chicken Caesar Salad does not reflect well on the hotel. Its only after I complained that she started giving us some.
Overall, I think a 4 star is probably appropriate.

Holiday at the landings

Had a lovely time .. we stayed in a beachfront suite with hot tub … rooms very spacious, housekeeping excellent - we were double vaccinated but kids had to have test on arrival but come back within 24hours and were able to use hot tub during this time in the apartment so no hardships Water sports wee great and youngest managed to do water skiing Resort felt very safe in terms of covid - if guests forgot masks staff were fair but firm in getting guests to wear them which was reassuring The Callaloo beach restaurant was lovely and food cooked to perfection - would recommend here to eat 24x7 however only open 3 lunchtimes per week so plan around it The main buffet beach restaurant was ok but service could on occasion be a little slow The main a la carte restaurant was superb - food was excellent Had lobster on final night as had only just come back into season .. Aileen who worked at the hotel went out of her way to ensure we knew when it would be available and made sure we got to try it before we left ....

it was worth it Whilst I am sure in non covid times how much more you could do in St Lucia this was a great break and get away … a real treat.
