Great location, amazing view over the old town and the see.The staff are helpful and friendly.Breakfest fantastic. The room clean and quiet.Dubrovnik is beautiful city with a unique style-we are enchanted by the city.
From arrival to departure we could not fault this hotel. The customer service is faultless. The staff are very friendly and helpful...
Beautiful grounds, the indoor pool is one of the best I have seen. We upgraded our room to a sea view with balcony which was very comfortable and the view was amazing.
Our last night at this superb hotel, the 4 night stay has been wonderful. The position of this hotel is perfect and the views are amazing. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful-cannot fault a thing...
The Piano Bar great for pre dinner drinks and a nightcap or two!! Easy stroll into the old town where there are plenty of places to eat/drink. Lots of boat trips to choose from-we went over to Lokrum for a few hours.
Great 4 night break in this wonderful place. Firstly cannot fault the hotel, certainly lives up to its stars. Great staff, nothing too much trouble...
Room (610) huge, spotless and wonderful panoramic view over the old city over the sea. Didn't have tome to use Spa/Swimming pool and Gym ...maybe next time.
Dubrovnik itself is a fantastic place to visit. Went on the obligatory walk the walls, boat trip to Lokrum and the cable car to the top of Mt Srd where the views over the old city and beyond were stunning. On our final day went to Lapad for a walk along the coastline and harbour - very nice.
Wanted to go on the day trip to Kotor in Montenegro but weather not great last couple of days so not this time sadly.
The twist at the end, lying in bed on last night and lo and behold an earthquake in neighbouring Bosnia/Herzegovina made us bolt upright to watch the room shake ,rattle and roll for 10-15 secs (5.7 on Richter scale apparently) . Completely surreal and quite frightening experience. Thankfully no damage done and after a couple of aftershocks later on we left for the airport following morning.
Stayed here for 4 nights last week and literally couldn't fault anything about it at all. Room was excellent with the most fantastic view, spa facilities were superb and the staff literally couldn't do enough for you. Didn't use the restaurant but breakfast each day was brilliant...
Literally couldn't fault the hotel or staff which is probably and all time first for me with a hotel.
