This fantastic 5-star resort has an excellent location as well as being on the beach, it is halfway between the city center and the airport. Has a total of 302 rooms divided over 6 floors, including some for people with disabilities. All rooms have television, Internet access via WIFI, minibar, safe and private bathroom with amenities. The hotel also offers a fantastic spa where you can enjoy numerous body treatments and you can relax. You can enjoy different cuisines in nearby restaurants and enjoy delicious cocktails in bars.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Absolute Excellence in its welcome service food & atmosphere. To experience a stay at this hotel is to know it’s ethos is to serve & make everyone feel at home special & spoilt It’s luxury at its finest & the whole team is impeccable
Thank you too for the most beautiful candle kindly gifted to me
Great experience as always. The facilities are excellent and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Stelios and Nikos at the gym was very friendly and professional. Definitely a place I’m happy to keep coming back to.
Just returned from this amazing hotel with my husband and two young children. I cannot fault the hotel or staff. We can’t wait to return!
Amazing facilities and food but the service quality is what stands out the most.
I really wanted to love this hotel, especially as we were traveling with our infant for the first time. Unfortunately, it did not come close to the luxury experience I expected.
It is important to clarify that this is not a Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts property ( yes it is mentioned in the Hotel’s main website, but to keep it in mind and be aware). Despite carrying the Four Seasons name and charging rates that can be higher than genuine Four Seasons hotels, the standard of the rooms does not come close to what I would associate with the brand. For the price, the value for money is extremely poor.
The lobby, entrance and restaurants are nicely renovated, but the room was a completely different story. The furniture was very old and dated, the wallpaper was peeling, and the bed linen looked worn. The room simply did not feel luxurious or worthy of the rates being charged.
Because we were traveling with our infant, the room was particularly important to us. On our second day, we asked Reception if there were any more renovated or better rooms, only to be told that we already had the best available room. We decided to stay, but were unfortunately never satisfied with the room.
The staff were welcoming and professional, as expected from a five-star hotel. We did appreciate the thoughtful touches. We were welcomed with a lovely cake upon arrival, and we received a beautiful candle when leaving, which was a kind gesture.
We stayed at several other hotels in Cyprus during this trip, and honestly, we found them to offer a much better overall experience and significantly better value.
I genuinely wanted to love this hotel and return, but unfortunately I cannot justify the price for what is delivered. The positioning as one of the finest hotels on the island creates expectations that, in our experience, the property simply does not meet.
