Family hotel with a small private beach

Review by ArmineM Yerevan

Overall the hotel is very good. It is not in the city but if you do not want to dine at the hotel there are many good restaurants and shops nearby, you can reach the city center by public bus or affordable taxis within 10-15 minutes. The breakfast is good and various at the hotel...

It is a perfect place for staying with children. It has several pools suitable for children and a mini aquapark that operates at certain hours of the day. Beach towels are provided every day but you have to take them from the basement floor near the gym. The gym hours are not convinient as it opens at 09.00 am and closes 19.00. Thus, if you do your gym in the morning you cannot have breakfast considering that it finishes at 11.00 and you have to fast at least 2 hours after training. You cannot do your gym in the evening either as you will prefer to spend that time in the city and when you return the gym is already closed. In the evenings there is nothing to do at the hotel territory. They have some schedules for entertainment (morning yoga, animator, music and dances in the evening) but during the ten days of our stay I never saw any activity organized by the hotel, perhaps it was not the high season (we stayed in September). In short, it is an excellent place for a calm stay with families with children but boring for young people. What we did not like about the hotel at all is its private beach. It is very rocky and dirty. The staff was helpful but somewhat reserved and with cold attitude. However, I do recommend the hotel if you want to have a passive and safe stay with comfort.

Great hotel, perfect location!

Review by ThomasBjarnason Stockholm, Sweden

We had a great stay at Adams Hotel. Plenty of pools and a perfect location with direct access to both Nissi Beach and the private hotel beach. Would highly recommend the Queen Suites for families as they are right next to the pool area without the need of use of elevators or hallways. Can agree with other reviews that some areas felt a bit dated and the breakfast might not be 5 star quality, but none of this bothered us. More importantly in my opinion the cleaning was great and that includes the pools and pool area...

Also appreciated being able to use the minibar for personal items as we were traveling with an infant. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from so it was easy to find quiet ones when needed. Staff was good, shout out to Mihail who helped us out a couple of times. We’ll be back!

Disappointed for a 5* hotel…

Review by olgaschiller Munich, Germany

breakfast terrible… not fresh food, not even fresh juice, it was some kind of water with syrup. Also old towels with holes, the rooms were not clean. Service was kind and helpful...

But it is definitely not a 5* hotel…

Amazing holiday

Review by Nathali3_B London, United Kingdom

Amazing holiday at this beautiful hotel. The beach and the swimming pools are very nice. Breakfast is ok, nothing special...

The best thing about my holiday was the SPA. Is new and super modern, beautiful and clean, the manager Crina is so professional, friendly and kind, she always smiles, her positive attitude makes my day. She recommended a really nice massage for me and my partner enjoyed the sauna and the spa experience. The massage therapist Jenny was really good, oils smell really nice and my skin fells nice after. I enjoyed this hotel and the friendly staff, hopefully next year will be open the indoor swimming pool.
