Perfect location, magnificient pools and private sea Lot of great attractions Great team ! Best Time
Location
Pros: Right by a good beach.
Cons: Far from the town center, making it difficult to find quick or affordable dining options outside the resort.
Room & Value
Overpriced and Cramped: The room lacked sufficient space for a comfortable stay given the price point
Pool Area & Atmosphere
Sunlounger: Guests were reserving loungers well before 8:00 AM.
Lack of Shade: Umbrellas were mounted too high, providing almost no actual shade even directly underneath
Crowded & Noisy: The pool area was chaotic and unrelaxing. Multiple guests brought their own speakers and blasted loud music for the entire area to hear.
Atmosphere: The hotel was dominated by large, loud groups of of family/friends who tended to be obnoxious, rude and entitled.
Food & Service
Main Dining: Food quality was average at best, but staff service was slow and uninviting. We ended up eating most of our meals at the hotel next door, which offered significantly better food and hospitality.
Breakfast Chaos: While breakfast was included, it was chaos unless you arrived very early. Kids were allowed to wander around touching food, and plates were regularly dropped.
Breakfast Staff: The morning staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best, but they were clearly overwhelmed and worn down by the sheer volume of ill-mannered guests as the morning went on.
Final Verdict: If you are a family or couple looking for a good standard hotel with decent service, good food, and a relaxing environment, look elsewhere.
Apart from that it was ok.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not as positive as I expected.
The staff was quite rude and unwelcoming, especially some of the female members of staff. I expected much more professional and friendly service.
The food was also disappointing. The quality was not very good, and there was very little variety. There were not many options to choose from, which made it difficult to find something suitable to eat.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and feel that the hotel could improve significantly, especially in terms of staff service and food quality and variety.
Great location - 2 minutes walk to Nissi beach. Great atmosphere - every one was smiling. Great value for your money. We stayed in a Junior Suite. The room was a little dated, but very spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. Both the private and public areas were always clean and well maintained. The kids approved!
Just got back from a week Adams beach. It’s a beautiful hotel, we had a lovely room, the location is excellent and right on the beach, walking distance to great restaurants. The pools were really nice.
The only issue was the other guests in August. The hotel was at full capacity which we expected but the majority of the guests were from the Middle East which wasn’t a problem but they were very rude to staff, shouting at the reception staff, taking other people’s sunbeds and women fighting over sunbeds on several occasions with security having to intervene, throwing their cigarette buts on the pool floor, storming into lifts ahead of people waiting, using their hands to pick up food at breakfast instead of the spoons/tongs and allowing their children to do the same. I could go on.
It’s such a shame because it’s a lovely hotel and I feel bad for the staff there. My husband ordered a drink at the bar one afternoon and the barman didn’t charge my husband because he said he was the first person to be polite to him all day.
I’d love to go back to Adam’s beach but this has really put us off.
