Asterias Beach Hotel

Perfect massage at arsinia spa at the hotel. EMY was incredible Maser and I had a pain she knew how to treat it immediately. For me was unbelievable!!! Amazing maser knowledge.

I must say this hotel is top class in clenliness an service from the staff . The food is excellent fresh great choice at every meal you do not need al a carte restraunts when you serve food this good .Themed nights every night one of the best all inclusives ave been to including carribean .Room big roomy with big balcony .The only down side to this place in the drinking water situation when you arrive you get a small water bottle to get drinking water from the bars which dont open till 10 am till 6 pm then you can only get water from main bar in lobby till midnight after that yiu have to wait till 10am next morning as your room fridge you dont get any drink excepct you first night you get 1 bottle between you.So you alway going to bar to fill water bottle as its 35 degrees plus even at 7 in morning it 30 degree you can get glass of water an juice at breakfast but cannot fill you small bottle from juuce stations ridiculus . The managent really need to change this crazy system as it spoils the outstanding hotel an is the only all inclusive hotel we this at an we go away 2 or 3 a year all inclusive it so frustrating for people staying there. Weather it to make you by drinks from the well over priced shop to take to your room i dont know Even staff serving us say it stupid .

Just returned from a holiday staying at the Asterias beach hotel and this place is incredibly good value for money. I wouldn’t have a bad word to say about it, the standard of food was exceptional, the cleanliness of the whole hotel too, the staff could not have been more helpful in all areas of the hotel. We were a group of 13, with 5 young children, the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to sit us together most evenings, which with a group of that size in peak season is a challenge to them. This hotel is exceptional. However, I’m going to give a special mention to the entertainments team, providing entertainment during the day and the evening these guys, for families with young children, are exceptional at what they do. They provided endless amounts of fun for the children, often going above and beyond their standard duties to entertain them. To build a bond with the children like they did in 9 days is testament to their work, these guys are awesome and their work should be celebrated. I hope they read this review and they know they helped make an unforgettable holiday for the 5 children. Thank you guys.

I’m not sure if the management team ever read these reviews, I hope they do because your teams work across the hotel should be celebrated and rewarded for making our trip a truly memorable one, and that should be the aim for every hotel in the land.
