This city hotel lies just 100 m from fine sand Nissi Bay and within a short distance of shopping venues, restaurants and bars. Links to the public transport network are to be found directly out front and the centre of Ayia Napa that lies some 2.5 km away can easily be reached by making use of the public bus system.
This 3-storey hotel comprises 294 rooms and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts and a café. In addition, guests may make use of the various shops, hairdresser's salon, a boutique, a laundrette's, a souvenir shop, a cleaning service, 4 bars, a TV room/ lounge and 2 air-conditioned à la carte restaurants with non-smoking areas as well as a breakfast restaurant. The public Internet terminal and conference room may be taken advantage of and there is a car park and garage facilities available to those arriving at the hotel by car. There is a kids' club and a playground for younger guests and room and laundry services round off the offerings.
The comfortable, welcoming rooms each come with a bathroom with shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a minibar/ fridge, carpeting, air conditioning, central heating, a balcony (views facing inland or out over the pool) and a hire safe. The rooms suitable for 2 adults and 2 children are equipped in a similar fashion to the standard rooms but are more spacious and come with a sofa bed that can be pulled out for use as beds for the children. The executive rooms suitable for 2 to 4 persons are also equipped in a similar fashion to the standard rooms but are more spacious and come with a sofa bed that can be pulled out for use as beds by the 3rd and 4th room occupants.

AENEAS SPA
This review is for the spa at Aeneas hotel. Adam advised due to my skin type I would benefit from the package which included a sauna, a soak and steam room, a massage and facial. Heba was Wonderful and highly skilled. She made me feel at ease and I would highly recommend her. She was very thorough, put lots of effort into my massage, and left me feeling revitalised, refreshed and relaxed. I am usually not one for splashing out on myself on a family holiday but this was worth euro... thank you Heba 😊.

The Spa Experience
We were approached by Adam to have some treatments in the Spa He suggested a range of treatments as we were there for a fortnight He explained about the various treatments and we decided to go ahead When we arrived at the spa we were greeted by the girls that were going to look after us They were very pleasant and knowledgable about the treatments and explained the steps over the various visits The treatments were excellent and the whole team showed how they worked together providing a very professional service through out our visits
Fantastic hotel
Amazing hotel very clean - the staff is also very nice and nice respect and working very hard, cross over the road there is the beach , I recommend coming, it's a perfect location and the food is amazing and the pool is massive and clean- not far from the markets, the bus stop is on your doorstep, really nice people working here. Entertainment is good.
Amazing, definitely recommend
amazing location, right opposite the beach and a 5minute bus from the main town. atmosphere was lovely/ lively and loud. Rooms are clean, cleaners come up early in the morning. Noise level is normal not too busy not too quiet. Staff are the most amazing and loveliest you can find. Value is extremely worth it, has multiple pools which can go up to 1.70m so is suitable for all people, multiple pools and a pool bar. not waiting long in ques at all multiple food options and plenty of desserts, has own sushi, cheese, grill, vegan, gluten free and pasta bar and even has a kids only section of chips, veg, nuggets, cakes, chocolate, beans and toast

Definitely not 5 stars hotel not even 4 , rusty chairs on the restaurant terrace also inside looking very old ! English people predominate there I felt like In England , rules like wait to be seated , no where to smoke just standing by the rubbish bin i never ever seen a hotel without ashtray or a place where to smoke at the terrace! Food very basic and cheap like plain pastas ,some times reheated food left over from the previous day ,some food seasoning is disgusting who in the world eats those? Desserts very limited and are frozen , when they finished they don’t bring anymore anyway ! We expected to eat Cypriot food not English !!! No music at all , no tissue on tables at restaurant ! a lady called Antonela at restaurant been very rude arguing with everybody on there also the barman Steve begging people to please him , things like that !We had a nice room because we upgraded with sea view , the kids pool are not treated correctly are very sleepy , lots of people felt down on it including my wife ! Sun beds war everyday looks like are not enough for everyone .rest of the staff are friendly and nice ! The location is very good positioned close to the beach and few shops ! The transfer driver didn’t help people with the luggage to be loaded even didn’t tell us we have to do it !
