The hotel is located in the resort centre of Ayia Napa close to all attractions, local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Only 100 m from the beautiful white sandy beach, the picturesque fishing port of Ayia Napa offers a great range of options for an exciting day and night life.
This modern strand hotel, which was renovated in 2006, has a total of 148 rooms and offers very good service. It offers 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, restaurant, conference facilities and parking. There is also a laundry service and bike hire available (subject to fees).
All elegant rooms have air conditioning/heating, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite TV, a radio, fridge, safe deposit box, balcony and a living room area.
There is a swimming pool with a pool bar, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, pool tables and minigolf. Aerobics are also offered (subject to fees).
Guests can enjoy a rich international and Cypriot buffet menu including soups, salads, cold appetizers, hot dishes and desserts.

The Ultimate Vacation Spot in Ayia Napa!
Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort in Ayia Napa is an absolute gem for a holiday getaway. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from both the gorgeous beach and the lively town center, yet it still feels nice and relaxing. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, the food is genuinely delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool areas are fantastic for unwinding in the sun. Overall, it's an amazing place that makes for a truly memorable stay!
An Amazing Family Holiday – We Can’t Wait to Return
We recently stayed at the Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel as a family, with children aged 4, 14 and 16, and it was our first time visiting Cyprus. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The hotel was amazing from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we constantly saw staff keeping the pool area tidy and clearing away glasses, which really showed how much care and attention went into maintaining the hotel.
The food was by far the best we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive hotel. There was a fantastic choice, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal.
Unfortunately, our youngest daughter had a little accident on our first day. The hotel manager was absolutely amazing and dealt with everything so professionally and kindly. What really stood out to us was that she personally checked in with us the following day to make sure everything was okay and, most importantly, that our daughter was alright. We thought this was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture and really showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests.
Our 4-year-old absolutely loved the kids’ club. The staff were so lovely, kind and caring, and they really went above and beyond to make the children feel happy and comfortable. Our daughter especially loved Vanessa and already misses her! The care and attention the kids received were fantastic.
Even our older children, aged 14 and 16, said they would happily return to the same hotel, which says a lot!
We would highly recommend the Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel to families. There genuinely wasn’t anything we didn’t enjoy about our stay. From the wonderful staff and fantastic food to the cleanliness, kids’ club and overall atmosphere, everything was brilliant.
Thank you to the whole team for making our first visit to Cyprus such a memorable one. We would absolutely return! ❤️
Perfect
This was our second visit to Sancta Napa,the first time being 4years ago. (The only reason we haven’t been back was due to having kids and no floats allowed in the pool,but we understand why). We had an amazing 7days stay there. We go to Ayia Napa almost every year,and booked last minute this year so decided to go back to this lovely hotel. The location is perfect as we headed into town most nights for a walk around and it all on your doorstep. We stayed in the Annexe 2 deluxe rooms,and have to say they were beautiful,overlooking the new stunning area out the back👌🏻.We loved the fact that it now has a quieter pool to realx around. We was greeted every morning a warm smile and a “good morning” from our maid who done a fantastic job looking after our room all holiday. The staff on reception couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful. The waiters in the restaurant were great at meal times with drinks orders. The food was great and always something nice to choose,well done kitchen staff. The animation team were excellent,and on the go all day working very hard to keep people amused and happy. Then of course were the bar staff,what a team,led by Marios who was unbelievably entertaining,giving us plenty of laughs and keeping everyone happy,he’s a legend and a reason we will be coming back,as well as the lovely Valerie who worked alongside him. They are brilliant. We have only been back one week and have already booked for longer next June,staying in the Annexe 2 block again (sadly no sea view). Cant wait to get back. Time for a honest review NOT a hotel based one
Sorry but The only reason this gets top scoring must be from false reviews
Good points :
Hotel area’s clean , cleaners and bar staff work hard
Adult pool pleasant less busy - Bar much cleaner in regards to glasses etc
Food always fresh additions in main restaurant
Pretty much next to the beach
Annexe block rooms good size but with a older child all in 1 room is hard work
AC in rooms as it should be
New annexe etc does look quality 👍
Bad bits:
Only 1 bar - could easy open the others at busy times
Evening entertainment is awful screeching violin to the great mexican circus act (dont ask)
Nothing for kids to do here at all out of the daily activities the entertainment team put on
Militant sun bed routine - be there for 7.50am DO NOT put towel down - u have been warned 😂
No aircon in lobby / restaurant sweat fest
Hygeine concerns :
Check your glasses at main bar as literally swill and put back out for reuse
Snack bar - Do the staff ever change there gloves ? Would get a very low rating for hygeine if on Uk scale -From wraps /burgers / salad to literally grabbing a handful of chips out of the tray /grab a cake with the same grease lined set on
Pools are breading ground warmer than a bath and noticable smell on skin after you get out and it dries - did report to front desk but never saw anyone cleaning pool
There was alot of unhappy people whilst we stayed here Aug26 so hopefully will see some more honest reviews incoming such a shame as could/should be such a Gem
Best time ever
I just want to say wow ... what an amazing hotel ... reception staff brilliant so helpful and smiling all the time , Bar staff couldn't do enough for us so polite and helpful ... the food was outstanding and variety was good ... only one issue maybe talking to the cleaners in the rooms they let the hotel down about im sorry to say but thank you for making my 11 days fantastic ... yes il be back .. HAROULLA HADJIPAULIS
