The true quality of a hotel is revealed not when everything goes perfectly, but when an unexpected issue arises and you see how the team handles it.

In our case, I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Christos Chronis, Hotel Manager. His professionalism, quick decision-making, and immediate response to the situation were truly impressive. He handled everything efficiently and with genuine care, making sure that we, as guests, were completely satisfied.

This is a great example of excellent hospitality and customer service. A big thank you to Mr. Chronis for his personal attention and for turning a challenging situation into a very positive experience.

Our third visit to this lovely hotel. We have stayed in lots of different hotels in Ayia Napa but this is our firm favourite. The location and views are amazing and it draws us back every time. This was a short trip - 5 nights with our teenagers aged 18 and 16 as a quick break before exam results. We all stayed in one room - main building family room as there were just the 3 of us this trip. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff here are all lovely and very helpful. Late checkout meant we had a full day with no rushing about on our last day. We stayed mainly around the infinity pool and walked up and down to the beach/sea. We were all inclusive and we really enjoy the food/drinks here - nothing beats breakfast on the restaurant terrace and the views out to sea. It’s a really peaceful location and you can easily walk into the centre either down the hill or along the beach. It was great to see the infinity bar open now on an evening - and the snack bar at the activity/family pool was used a lot by our son who didn’t surface until late morning! We’ll be back, hopefully later in the year and cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. We would return here every time over the 5* hotels in Napa as the location is so good. There is a lively taverna - Evinos - nearby for a change and we always have the last night at Karousos restaurant on the harbour beach. There’s something for everyone of all ages here and this hotel allows you to easily access it all.

Lovely room with a private pool and a magnificent view that truly makes your soul relax! The hotel has beautiful, large pools and an amazing variety of food for both breakfast and dinner — you simply cannot avoid gaining weight! 😄

The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were also very polite and attentive to all our needs, especially Andri the manager, who was absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome.☕️❤️

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely revisit this hotel in the near future. Highly recommended!
