So I have to write a review of this hotel as we have just come home after a weeks stay, it really is as good as all the other reviews. I wish we could have stayed longer. • The hotel is a good size but not too big so it seems like some places where you can’t move for the amount of guests • the rooms were good. A good size (we had a family room with sliding doors) we had a sea/pool view which was great as only a few minutes walk to the pool area and the restaurant, safe in the wardrobe, Nespresso coffee machine and water is stocked daily, storage for clothes is limited but you make it work. • the restaurant operates a policy where they seat you, for breakfast you get your own drinks but at lunch and dinner they get the drinks for you, the food area isn’t vast compared to other hotels we have stayed but the food was a very high quality and it was constantly being topped up, I never saw an empty tray of food, kids bit, fish, pizzas! Honestly there was food for everyone. • the Italian restaurant was really good, the food was exceptional, my only criticism would be the Dauphinoise potato, they had nutmeg in which was an odd flavour but I couldn’t knock the quality! It was very high. Well worth a visit. • bars there are 2, lobby bar and pool bar, the staff are all incredible. So friendly and polite, the pool bar has a snack bar too which has burgers, hotdogs, chips, sandwiches, wraps, jelly and ice creams. There is 2 draught beers keo and Leon both very nice, I did see alcohol free bottles too the cocktail selection is vast and if you can’t see a cocktail on there just ask, I even found a recipe online for one and they made it with no issues. Awesome service. • WiFi is available throughout the hotel and pool area so no concerns there. • sunbeds are many. No need to get up early to secure your beds as there’s loads. The only reason you have to go a bit earlier was if you wanted a sunbed right next to the pool but the others available are literally seconds from the pool on a nice large grassed area. Also I’ll note we read a lot about the pool towels being torn or ripped but I didn’t see any like that at all, maybe they have just had all new towels but they were a great size and good quality. I only have 2 negative things to say about the whole experience and they aren’t really that big, one is the toilets round the pool, there isn’t any next to the pool as you’d get in other places, however there is toilets near the spa which is only a few minutes walk, down some stairs (lift available too) and the toilets are there. The second issue was the airconditioning. The lowest it will go is 20° which when it’s been 40+ you want your room cold, 18 would be perfect, I did ask and they told me the lowest temp set is 20 and they won’t lower it, the rep has had multiple people complaining about it but the hotel won’t change it, there was a lot of people around the pool and in conversation saying the same so a small change could make a huge difference. But in summary a very good holiday was had by us all, the hotel is great, staff are phenomenal kind and courteous, the whole place is so clean, food great, cocktails great, pool lovely, cheap bus rides or download the bolt app for taxis (basically uber in Cyprus) nissi beach is a must as is Ayia napa for a drink. A fabulous holiday! We will be back.
One of the best hotels we ever visited. Extremely friendly staff Mr Tasos the manager, Ms Stefani and Ms Chrystalla from housekeeping, Mr Kyriakos the head chef and all the waiters. It was an amazing holiday due to all these people. The food was amazing. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back. Thank you
Start with positives
Swim up room was nice! Rooms are big and nice, drinks menu was good loads of options and staff friendly at the bar.
however the air con would not go below 23°. We had it set to 16° and it would just not get lower the room was so hot with sleepless nights. Even asked reception to fix it but made no difference. The air con also only works if the doors are shut and locked which doesn’t really work if you have a swim up room as you can’t lock your balcony door from the outside, it also works via sensors that are in the room so when sleeping it thinks no one is in the room, it would wake us up Turning off, kick your leg in the air and it comes back on just annoying tbh.
Buffet was nice, didn’t go for breakfast so can’t comment lunch seemed to just be the same as dinner, snack bar is yummy with burgers and hotdogs but does get a bit boring and a little salty. Desserts were really good!
They also wouldn’t clean our room everyday and provide us with bottled water and clean towels. And the one day refused and then the next day cleaned our room, took dirty towels and didn’t replace them! We had to go and ask for towels. Which when we payed thousands I would expect bare minimum.
Overall apart from air con and room service we had a good time but I think that was because we had a swim up room!
We are here now, we leave on thursday after being here for 14 nights. Have to say the hotel rooms are great the staff are very polite and helpful. The food is amazing i would say its probably the best food we have had in an all inclusive holiday. Not having to get up at daft times for a sunbed as there are plenty to go around. The only 1 downside to this hotel is the entertainment. We have been here 10 nights now and only had 1 night where the entertainmemt was great. They had dancers on with live music and it was brilliant. But all the other nights have been very dull. We have had to result in going out to the main bit of the pubs etc for entertainment. Every other hotel we go to on our summer holiday has always got entertainment on for guests and this is the only thing that will stop us from rebooking coming back here. Its a shame as the hotel, staff and food are so good. But the lack of night time entertainment massively leta this hotel down
