When we arrived we were given a lovely cold drink as we checked in, we had a standard sea view room booked & we were told that we had a free upgrade to a family sea view room.
Staying here just now on an all inclusive holiday & this is an honest review. First impressions of our room was positive, we arrived after the restaurant had closed & we had a box with a sandwich, bottle of water an apple & small carton of juice which was unexpected & very much appreciated however the bread was hard & didn't taste nice. Our view was absolutely beautiful over looking the pool with a view of the sea. Bed was comfortable & slept well most nights. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We were only given 1 small bath towel & 1 small hand towel which I feel isn't enough especially for women with long hair.
Hotel is spotlessly clean & very nice however the food wasn't great for a full week of our holiday. We did manage to find something but we only ate it for the sake of eating something. The salad bar is the smallest I've saw at an all inclusive with no cold meat, cheese etc. The desert selection is very poor also.
As for the drinks we didn't drink alcohol so can't comment on that however the fizzy juice at the pool bar aren't of good quality, fanta orange isn't fanta it's the worst tasting orange I've ever had. The cola is drinkable however we aren't a fan & decided to drink water.
We are due to go home in 2 days & we paid £1574 per person for a 11 night stay & we feel we haven't had value for money.
Lovely hotel & spotlessly clean however we wouldn't return mainly because of the quality of food & choice of food & drink that's offered.
Spent 2 nights and enjoyed every aspect. All staff were friendly and pleasant, breakfast was tasty and lots of choice, and the pool was refreshing. Rooms were kept to a clean high standard. Only thing to note is the lifts, although stylish, are not very practical as they are quite small and a triangle shape. 100% recommend.
Very nice hotel. Lady from the pool bar, Daniela, was very kind with us, she did a great job there. Thank you!
We stayed at this hotel between the 5th and 19th of July. We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Me, my wife and our 16 year old son, along with my brother, his wife, and their 16 year old daughter. Right from the arrival, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. As we arrived late, we were informed we had packed lunches, water, juice and a bottle of wine in our rooms. This was a lovely touch. I’ll get the slight negatives out the way, then focus on the many positives. Negatives- The Air con outside of your rooms was hit and miss. There really should be an area in the hotel to cool down, read, have a drink and just chill out. I say this as a Scotsman who is not used to the daily 35c heat. The entertainment at night was also very hit and miss. Luckily the World Cup was on, and the occasional DJ night. But if you’re staying all inclusive, you expect some form of entertainment. Even a pub quiz, karaoke etc. You shouldn’t have to leave the hotel to find entertainment. Now the positives- For all inclusive, the food was fantastic quality and choice, with themed nights such as Mexican and Chinese. Something at every meal, even for fussy eaters. The drinks and soft drinks had a huge selection. Probably the best at any hotel we have been to. From the many cocktails and mocktails, to the wines, beer etc. everything was top notch, nothing appeared “watered down” again, something for everyone. The kitchen and bar staff work so hard, and they were all so friendly. Special mention to Harroon in the restaurant who was always cheery, helpful and always had time to talk to us, having a bit of banter with our son. I hope they really value him there. The bar staff at the pool and main bar, dimatrina, thenasis, Eva and Daniela were all absolutely brilliant. But Temi is what this hotel is all about. Friendly, hard working and efficient. Honestly, she would be working 18 hour days, 6 days a week, but always with a smile, and took the time to have a chat, great with adults and teenagers alike. Deserves a pay rise I’m sure.
The entertainment- Although the entertainment was sparse at night, through the day, the girls were brilliant. Zumba, yoga, darts, pool etc. And for them to do it daily in that heat, enthusiastically, with a smile, they really do the hotel proud. Special mention again to Radca, who was brilliant with us all, especially our son, and brought him out his shell. Speaks multiple languages, brilliant dancer, always smiling, and makes everyone feel happy and included. The hotel has supermarkets right across the road, bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk, and the beach also a 5 minute walk. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The Air con in the room, and the room itself was perfect. Harroon, Radca and Temi are, in my opinion, the shining lights of this hotel, but everyone was lovely. The gym, the spa, were unexpected welcome bonuses. Thank you so much for making our stay a special one.
Cheers
