We visited this lovely hotel 3/7/26 for 10 nights . Two weeks prior to the holiday ,my husband tore his calf muscle . The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us , giving us an upgrade at a great price ,to suit my husbands needs better . Oana the receptionist lady and the other receptionist were lovely , couldn’t do enough when it came to looking for wheelchair hire etc too . The man who helped us with our luggage was nice too.
The hotels immaculate , pool lovely,good water sports in the avo,never struggled for a bed once , and they are super comfy loungers .
Food was nice,always found something to have,good choice,drinks nice too .Halloumi at breakfast was a nice wee extra for me !
Beach at the hotel is lovely,and there’s also a beach bar Kaliver , smart also,and if you show your wrist and you will get a discount off food/drinks .
Also the restaurant across the road to the right “the crown “ was lovely and handy if you wanted a wee meal out for a change,cocktails great too .
Lastly Gaia and the other children entertainer was so nice,they come out half3 in the afternoon till about 5pm doing wee games with the kids etc in the pool,nice wee touch to let you enjoy a wee drink in peace .
Overall i had a great hotel here in Cyprus and would definitely recommend!

A fabulous hotel but poor evening entertainment
A smallish but very clean hotel. Great location. Great room. Great food but disappointed no king prawns or muscles. Pool great. Staff very helpful. Evening entertainment not so great. They had a white party but with not smoke, no flashing lights or even a cleared space to encourage dance! One night out of seven fire dancers brilliant (evening entertainment repeating weekly). Every night after went for a walk about in Aiya Napa and found great fun tribute acts at the Queen Vic!

Amazing holiday

We had a really great stay at Nelia Beach! Everything was good, from the hotel and the atmosphere to the staff, who were always friendly and helpful.
A special thank you to the amazing animation team! They made our stay even more enjoyable with activities every day and super fun shows every night. We especially loved the music quiz — it was so much fun and definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely come back!
A fantastic family holiday – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at the hotel for two weeks, from July 15th to August 5th, with two adults and two children, both 9 years old. This was our second time staying at the hotel, although the first time we visited without children.
As always, we were absolutely delighted with the hotel, the staff and the food. Our room was large and spacious, with comfortable beds. The pillows were a little too firm for my personal preference, but overall the room was excellent. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided, and clean pool towels could be exchanged whenever needed at the Spa department.
The hotel has a beautiful pool, great fitness facilities and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. However, what made this holiday extra special and fun for our family was the fantastic activities organized by the hotel staff.
The children had their own Kids' Corner, where they were looked after by the wonderful Gaia. She did an amazing job of making sure every child felt included and had a great time. What impressed us the most was how well she adapted the activities to each child's interests. We have a boy who loves sports and a girl who loves drawing, and Gaia always found ways to make the activities enjoyable for both of them.
The adults also had plenty of opportunities to join in, with activities such as water aerobics, water polo, table tennis, darts tournaments and much more. There was always something fun happening, but at the same time, there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the holiday.
We are extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful family holiday. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to Gaia and the rest of the team for making our children's holiday so memorable. They came home with so many wonderful memories, and that means a lot to us as parents.
We will definitely be coming back again. This has been one of the best holidays we've had in all the years we've been visiting Cyprus, and we are already looking forward to our next stay! ❤️🇨🇾
