Great service, special thanks to NADEZHDA for her hospitality and professionalism during our stay . She made our breakfast vibe very cheerful .
Not for special occasions
We are currently staying at NissiBlu for two weeks while getting married in Cyprus, so naturally we had hoped for a particularly special experience. Unfortunately, after the first few nights, we have been disappointed with the level of hospitality.
We contacted the hotel last November to enquire about a room for the groom to get ready in on our wedding day. We received a rather blunt response explaining that the hotel would be busy, but that our request would be noted. On arrival, we were told that a room could be provided for one hour at 2pm for €50, which was well after the time we had originally requested. We decided not to bother. Given the occasion and the length of our stay, we feel this could have been handled with a little more consideration and would have been a lovely gesture.
Our wedding has also not been acknowledged during our stay. We regularly stay in luxury hotels, and last year we stayed at a Grecotel property for our engagement, where the hotel went out of its way to make the occasion special. That level of personal hospitality is something we had hoped for here too.
We also ate at Theros Restaurant, where the hotel app states that hotel guests receive a discount. When we asked about this, we were told by the waiting staff that the information on the app was old. If information is being provided to guests through the hotel’s own app, it should really be kept up to date.
We are only a few nights into our two-week stay, so hopefully our experience will improve. However, our first impression is that, while NissiBlu is undoubtedly a nice hotel, the level of service and attention to detail has so far felt more mediocre than we would expect from a luxury property.
We chose to stay here during what should be one of the most special occasions of our lives, so this has been particularly disappointing. We hope the remainder of our stay will be a more positive experience and that the hotel has an opportunity to change our initial impression.

This hotel is amazing for the family. The breakfast and the dinner was exellent.
Outstanding hotel!
This hotel is at the peak of luxury hotels. The whole hotel is thoroughly clean and offers an amazing range of drinks. The situation being next to Nissi beach is a huge plus along with the cats behind the hotel being a huge part of my stay. However one thing I would take into account is the diverse food, someone who has such a small pallet like me doesn’t benefit from this but nevertheless the hotel is tailored to other people not just me. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to kick back and relax for a couple days! P.s shoutout to the lobby bar stay who have outstanding service and the bartender who consistently provided amazing drinks with beautiful presentations, along with the cleaners who consistently offered an amazing clean room everyday - who may be overlooked by others but definitely not under appreciated by me.
