Situated just off the centre of Ayia Napa, on a small hill overlooking the sea, is next to the medieval aqueduct and Stone River forest. Grecian Beach, Ayia Napa's largest sandy beach is only 10 minutes walk away and the centre is aprx. 7 minutes away. The centre is offering everything a holiday maker can ask. Restaurants, bars, shops etc, can be found in less than 5 min walk.
Superbly design, decorated and furnished rooms with a minimalistic character are offered at T.M.Oasis. Standard twin bedded or double bedded rooms, superior & family rooms with sea view or pool view or inland view balcony are available.
A blend of modern design lines, comfort, ergonomic and functionality are what makes T.M. Oasis unique.
The modern & Comfortable furnished rooms are offering private balcony with pool view-sea view or inland view, rain shower, w.c, color satellite TV, direct dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, safety deposit box, mini bar/fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, hair drier, central heating and Air-condition. surcharge may apply to some of the above.
We stayed at this hotel from the 21/9/26 for 1 week, ive only ever stayed in 4* and 5* hotels so was a bit wary what we was going to experience and i can honestly say we had a brilliant time, the staff can’t do enough for you, the manager is amazing and will help you with anything you need, the food was good especially the lunch time meal, if you are all inclusive you pick of the menu and you get 3 courses, which are large portions, presentation was lovely and taste amazing. we had a sauna and steam bath which was 10 euros which you get it for 1 hour for yourself, there is a gym, if you dont have late check out the facilities are good to shower and get changed, there is also an ironing room, the rooms are cleaned daily, i have not got a bad word to say about this hotel. If you want to go nissi beach its 12 euros in a taxi which reception with call them for you or you can flag one down, your also 5 min walk to the harbour and to the closes beach, so much to do at night you wont be bored.
We had the pleasure of staying at Tasia Maris Oasis from 25 August to 1 September 2026, together with two other families of friends, and our experience was truly wonderful.
What impressed us most was the exceptional kindness, warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. Although I unfortunately did not manage to remember everyone’s names, I would like to mention a few people who made our stay particularly special.
A heartfelt thank you to Daniela and Nick for the wonderful cocktails that delighted our wives and added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Thank you to Sushmita for her professionalism, to Lamin and Rekha Rai for their genuinely warm and infectious smiles, and to Anetta for her gentle manner and constant willingness to help.
And this is just a small selection. Every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. Their genuine hospitality created an atmosphere in which we felt truly comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
A great hotel is not defined only by its facilities, location or rooms, but also by the people who make guests feel welcome. In this respect, Tasia Maris Oasis certainly left a lasting impression on us.
We will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we very much hope to return in the future.

Me and my partner had a great stay at Tasia Maris Oasis Hotel. The rooms were cleaned to a great standard every day, the staff were all so lovely and smiley, very welcoming. The pool area was gorgeous, best time to chill and sunbathe. The rooftop bar was such a lovely area and wasn’t very busy which we were surprised about as it was such a lovely spot to see the sun set and the sea from afar. The breakfast was very good, offering hot food, pastries, meats, cheeses, sweet bits and yogurt bowls. Overall from paying such a cheap price, this hotel was incredible definitely will be coming back here :))

The hotel is spotless, housekeeping do an impeccable job. Bar staff are very friendly & work extremely hard.
The hotel is dead, no atmosphere, no entertainment & no vibe.
The pool area is clean but has very limited sun so we didn’t use the sunloungers at all. Concrete flooring & high walls make it a dismal place to relax.
Breakfast is okay, it’s sometimes hard to find bowls, cutlery etc.
My main gripe is that the hotel is practically empty at this time of the season but we cannot pay to keep our room on as we have a late flight tomorrow. I’m disabled & would’ve appreciated some flexibility in this. I’d understand if the hotel was full to capacity but it’s clearly not. For this reason alone I would not recommend this hotel.
Also, the hotel is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
