Perfect holiday in October
Great service, very good rooms with huge balconies. Great service and food. Staf is kind and helpful. The best beaches of Protaras are on walking distance from the hotel on a perfectly track by the sea. We loved our stay at the hotel. Thank you Irina.
Our anniversary stay
We have just returned after a 2 night stay for our 30th anniversary..
Thanks to Tatiana (hotel manager) she made our stay better.
We were upgraded to a spacious room with an amazing view, complimentary champagne with a nice fruit platter was given due to the occasion.
A very nice hotel with high standards, although I found a couple of members of staff inpolite with a speaking English difficulty.
Personal advice, your reservation manager needs to have better manners and really needs to look into correcting her attitude to the customers.
Shame that we were treated so poorly on our arrival.

Very poor pool bar staff
Hotel is very pretty and the furnishings are very modern. The welcome from reception was amazing and we were given a welcome drink. However, the pool bar staff are very very unfriendly. They appear to be deliberately unhelpful. They take orders and then answer the phone or walk away when they can see you patiently waiting. I have never experienced such rudeness before. We ordered a pool snack, which is supposed to be delivered to your lounger. The waitress actually looked at us then proceeded to walk past us with our food and took it back to the bar for us to collect! When we went to collect the food she walked away leaving us to be served by someone else, hideous! The food choices are limited in the restaurant. The evening drinks are served either poolside or in the tiny lobby with only 1 bar man. So rather than tolerate the staff attitudes and lengthy waiting times we are going out every evening despite paying for all inclusive. A taxi to Protaras central is €10 each way and the service is 100% better there. If you plan to stay in and use your ‘all inclusive’ I wouldn’t recommend staying here!
Outstanding!!!
We received the warmest of welcomes from the amazing Reception Staff. Free room upgrade to a room with amazing sea and pool view with balcony to 2 elevations.! Glass of bubbly on arrival and bottles of water on departure. Amazingly comfortable bed, mirror tv and incredible en-suite. Loads of choice at breakfast with omelette and pancake made to order. Extremely clean pool with lots of beds and sunbeds. Extended our stay. Didn't even use the spa facilities which this hotel specialise in. Highly Recommend!!
A hotel that combines everything
I stayed there last week as a seminar instructor that included a 2-day full board and an overnight stay; the hotel was a pleasant surprise to me regarding the friendliness of staff (first impression), the food buffet quality and variety, the quiet location, the interest of management and the owners and, last but not least the spacious and comfortable room full of amenities. Its location is also perfect in spite of the fact I did not have the opportunity to go to the beach.
