Absolutely beautiful hotel staff were soo lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Only one disappointment, booked in for a manicure at the spa located within the hotel… room was dark , the lamp kept going off and the assistant kept wiggling the plug. She didn’t speak the whole time, there were delivery boxes scattered around and it did not feel clinical felt it was very rushed, cuticles were unfinished and to cap it all she painted the nails and whilst they were still wet, stood up and said finished now and left me too pick my feelings up smudging everything she had done… really not worth 45 euros. Hotel amazing but don’t waste y your money on spa
Everything was great! The hotel is very good, and all the staff—from the front desk to the plumber—are super friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Nitim 🙏 for always keeping our room sparkling clean!
My wife and I booked this holiday through Jet2 (the first time we have used this company to book a package holiday) I can honestly say it won't be the last time! Everything was brilliant from start to finish! The staff were all amazing but a special shout out to Liz & Linda who checked our bags in at the hotel (Capo Bay-Cyprus) having flown with other airlines previously we have never had the opportunity to check in our baggage at the hotel rather than the airport! It made it so much easier for us when it came to departure being able to go straight to security and then meet our baggage at Stansted. Capo Bay Hotel was something else! Directly opposite the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach and only a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. We booked a room with a sea view so it was amazing to wake up, slide the patio doors wide open and stare at the incredible view! We will be definitely be going back.

Another fantastic stay at the Capo Bay on Fig Tree Bay - best in Cyprus! From our friendly welcome on arrival, every day each staff member was welcoming, helpful and always smiling. Zahid kept our room spotless; Ajay cooked amazing fresh omelettes; whilst Andreas made us feel so welcome. At reception, Eleni and her colleagues were both helpful and friendly. Too many to mention! The manicured gardens are peaceful to relax in (no sun-bed wars here!) and just a few short steps away down to the crystal clear water of the sea. Understated elegance & luxury with personal touches which make the holiday. Just one of the many reasons why we keep coming back here!
Another fabulous holiday at Capo Bay, this was our fourth stay in so many years and it goes without saying we will be booking for next year! The hotel is beautiful, staff are amazing and the food is great! Used the spa this year which was also such a relaxing experience… big shout out to Daya for keeping our room so clean, really was lovely to return to at the end of the day, he really goes above and beyond! Also to Suba and the staff who look after us during the day! Amazing service and again, they go the extra mile! Frozen flannels are a game changer!
