Jacaranda Hotel Apartments

I had a lovely one-week stay at this hotel. The food was good, the rooms were nice, and most staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Restaurant staff and waiters were also very friendly and attentive, and the spa staff were kind and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. As the hotel had only opened about a month before my stay, there were some initial delays and areas still being organised. Check-in was delayed, likely due to the new opening and limited staff, but the team worked hard and within two days the remaining floors were fully ready. Things improved quickly and were running smoothly by the end of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children, as there are many activities and facilities and most staff were genuinely lovely. Unfortunately, I had one negative experience with a reception staff member whose name I do not remember. Her attitude was rude, and she also spoke to colleagues in an inappropriate tone. I called reception after leaving something behind to ask if it could be checked the same day, as I was already far away and had friends who could collect it. I was told to call the next day. When I called again, she hung up on me twice and, on the third call, pretended she could not hear me and hung up again. Eventually, I was told that the item had been found and that I should come the following day to collect it. I simply asked her to leave a note at reception so the staff would know I was coming, which she agreed to and then ended the call again. Aside from this incident, everything else was excellent. The rest of the team were wonderful, and I appreciated their hard work, especially given how recently the hotel had opened. Overall, I had a very good experience and would happily stay again. The hotel has strong potential, and I hope it continues to improve!

We had a wonderful experience at Sun Palace Resort Protaras. The hotel is brand new and, as is completely normal with any newly opened hotel, there were a few small difficulties and details that still needed some improvement. However, this did not affect our overall experience.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone was always willing to help and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

I truly believe this hotel has a lot of potential and will only get better with time, especially once all the final touches are completed.

We would definitely visit again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a lovely holiday in Protaras.
