Fantastic hotel was here for 2 weeks from 26 may to 10 June and it felt like home, I got to say the entertainment was the best part Henrieta and Vlad are a great team made the stay, the food is tasty and plenty of choice, The pool was good but found didn’t go above my chin I’m 5,9, hotel staff was friendly, the bar staff are extremely friendly and enjoy there job vtech so he calls himself was extremely helpful I can’t stress how good of a hotel this is definitely go all exclusive you won’t be dissatisfied!!.
What can I say? This hotel is just perfect. Food is amazing, staff are excellent and the rooms are heaven. We were here for our daughters wedding and Charlotte, the wedding planner made sure everything ran smoothly...
Just when I thought it couldn't get better, Stella, the hairdresser in the spa styled my hair so perfectly, I was speechless. I'm so fussy about my hair but I loved it at the wedding. The make up lady did exactly what I asked for and I was over the moon. I'd highly recommend every aspect of this hotel. The night before the wedding, I realised the steamer I'd brought with me was not going to get rid of the creases in my outfit. I panicked and called reception. They very calmly took over, got my dress and by 10 am the next morning, my dress was perfect! We've booked to go again next year!
This is a lovely hotel located in the quite area of Pernera. The hotel has a large reception area and the staff here are friendly and professional at all times, there is a small shop located in this area where you can buy drinks, crisps and snacks. There is also a small jewellers selling ‘high end’ silver and gold items.
The hotel grounds are great, there are a number of salt water pools (these are environmentally friendly by the way!). One is adults only, one is a paddling pool for toddlers and babies.
There is a poolside bar ( the only bar in the hotel), the staff are very helpful and professional. Being ‘all inclusive’ you have access to local beers and spirits and cocktails, however you can pay for ‘premium’ beers and cocktails which I would recommend. The breakfast is very good, buffet style with a great choice, try the ‘Cypriot’ breakfast corner at least once in your stay!
Lunch is also buffet style, with a good choice...
The restaurant is large, we found the lower area which overlooks the beach a nicer environment. The two premium restaurants are very good, however don’t forget to make your reservations early as they get booked up early!
The hotel is located between two small beaches and they are well worth a swim or paddle. However you can follow the newly built footpath that follows the shoreline in both directions, even if you have mobility issues you can walk to Protaras which is a couple of miles at most and is well worth the walk.
I know this is ‘all inclusive’ but please explore the local town as there are some really nice bars and Tavernas in the area.
It is worth noting that this is a very quite area, due to the war in Ukraine the Russian owned hotels were all closed which made it even quieter.
All in all I would fully recommend this hotel and Cyprus as a whole, a great country with an ancient history and culture, and lovely people!
The hotel and its grounds are lovely. The hotel itself is well laid out inside and out and kept clean by the brilliant cleaning staff who do a good job and seem to constantly be working. We ate in both al a carte restaurants which were lovely, I’d recommend both as food was of a good quality...
The main buffet restaurant food was good and a good selection most nights but it was ALWAYS cold. They cook trays in bulk and nothing seems to have heaters underneath to support the batch cooking and from a 4* hotel- this is a minimum requirement so that was a let down.
The hotel caters to a lot of weddings, we had only 1 day without one across the week which was lovely but also brings large parties and groups. They do take over a little at evenings or round the pool just due to size.
The staff are the hotels best asset with many working every service every day we were there. The bar team and waiters/ waitresses were tireless and hardworking. Special shout out to Maria who was greeting in the main restaurant, she was lovely and Despina who never stopped working or smiling and was always polite.
The entertainment team were great, especially Eddie who looked after everyone he met and Dimitri who started a few days into our stay, he was so positive and really tried to get stuck in straight away. The others were also great with the kids. All in all, it’s doubtful we’d return as we were expecting a bit more quality in some areas of the stay but a well needed week away and it was enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel for the anniversary gift too! Very thoughtful.
