Booked with Tui which states hotel was recently refurbished pictures on Tui website (and jet2) show beautiful rooms and hotel lobby/reception and restaurant. My experience is totally different. My room had old stained throw on bed, sheets and towels were stained. Hotel lobby had old green sofas that when you sat on them the springs poked your bum. Lots of chipped crockery in restaurant. Hotel is very dirty. Lift doors on 4th floor were filthy when standing inside lift if you looked to top of lift door huge gap on every floor which looked dangerous. Food in restaurant was lukewarm at best. Restaurant manager had a habit of berating staff in front of guests. Tiles around pool with slides were cracked. Bar ran out of glasses/plastic glasses every night and 2 nights I was serve my drinks in ice cream sundae glasses. Whole hotel could do with a deep clean
I booked this hotel just as a cheap stop for pre wedding planning. We stayed a week and for a three star hotel I found this to be everything I needed and more. Our guests ended up staying there for the wedding. Restaurant food was good. Snack bar ok but room to improve. Everything was close by for nights out etc
Not a family hotel what so ever apart from the slides. Not sure if it was the time of year we came, kids club was never open and there was 1 ‘mini disco’ during our stay that lasted 20 minutes. Food was edible but hardly a variety. Caters more for adults since there was music blasting and karaoke with screaming and cheering til stupid hours at night outside our room with a 5 year old in tow. Staff were all friendly enough. Just would not recommend for families, there was a handful of children rest were older guests and couples.
Decent hotel , food pretty good ,drinks usual ai watered down local spirits but palatable evening entertainment does let it down though bus stop outside regular 10 min into Protaras
Good staff thanks to polonia in reception and sami in bar (credit to your hotel) plenty sunbeds

Jet 2 Holidays state 'package Holidays you can trust'! Well we arrived in Larnaca with Jet 2 only to be transferred to the Toxotis Hotel by bus shortly after midnight with a Jet 2 rep advising everyone the hotels we would be stopping at - all seemed ok at this point. However on arrival at the hotel along with three other couples (two of whom had young children) c 0045hrs this morning we were met by a staff member outside to advise us that there was an issue with water and electricity in some of the rooms and we were transferred by taxi to another nearby apartment complex. On arrival at that complex we were given an apartment which isn't anywhere close to the standard of the hotel we had booked
