Was ok very basic 3 star..
Hotel was ok bedding didn't get changed the whole 9 days we was there which was disappointing was very dirty and stained towards the end, people noisy at night (not hotels fault) but the doors just slam shut. Bathroom like a shoe box literally tiny and so was balcony with no table.. air con quite loud in the room. Food was absolutely 10/10 probably best part of the hotel stay was the food. Was easy to get a sun bed at any time. Kids club staff lovely always kept our son happy. All in all was ok I wouldnt stay again though to many things missing (no hair dryer in the rooms no milk in the room, cleaner never gave us more coffee for the room. I've stayed in nicer 3 star hotel with mlre amenities, no pool table no bar inside to cool off..

Just completed a family holiday here with 11 of us. 3 twin rooms and a family room.
Positives first.
Great customer service, extremely clean and very nice clientele. Pools weee adequate for the size of hotel and never struggled to get a bed.

Beds are awful, so hard.
Food not great, they try.
For a family hotel it has not enough for children, no table tennis, no pool tables, no ball games. The entertainment team do water polo once a day and that was pretty much it for children over the age of about 6.
Reception staff were amazing and very supportive. Local bus was very reliable making this hotel in a great location. The bus takes u to protaras, ayia napa amd even the water park which was great day out.

Family Holiday
Just returned after our first visit to Cyprus staying at the Toxotis Hotel. We were all inclusive and the food was lovely plenty choice and the drinks were nice as well. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are fantastic especially the lady who serves the drinks where the pool area is. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel visit from the UK with four young children our first time in Cyprus. Food was lovely. All staff are amazing they all made our stay extra special we will definitely be back next year. Everything is rite on your doorstep. The only problem we had was having to come home Thankyou so much to all staff at this hotel ❤️
A little gem of a hotel
What a great hotel! All of the staff couldn’t do enough for you and were so friendly and attentive. Special shout out to those in the restaurant and the lovely lady at the pool bar - it was so hot to be in that cabin but she always had a lovely smile!
Food was fabulous with plenty of choice and some great freshly prepared dishes daily, the gyros was especially a big hit!
Rooms cleaned daily with towel changes.
Pool was great, no scrum for the beds even though there were towels out early to “reserve” them and then they weren’t used!
Location is great, 5 mins into the small strip and 10 mins to the beach and boardwalk that takes you all along the coast. 15 mins on the bus to Protatas itself for €2 (cash only) and the buses run really frequently.
